Its Shiki Misaki from The World Ends With You, I was browsing on goog;e images and I stumbled upon it and since I'm replaying TWEWY, and Shiki is one of my favorite characters I needed to use it.

And I highly recommend lowering Melee to $5 per person, I honestly can't see the WB Melee events getting much turnout with a $10 entry and the Ann Arbor tourneys already taking place.
