Which part? Tutu did do those things. But I have no idea about the skill levels of the other zelda players. Who the heck would keep tabs on the "top players" for that character?

But real talk, anyone who understands the entirety of the ensuing conversations on that thread will probably die two times over. I know I did.

Scotu, are you allowed to go to the fair without being a U of M student (thought you graduated)?
I believe you are 'allowed' to up to two years after you graduate. I suspect no one's going to stop you afterwards, but there's an obvious age/skill limit to what the companies are looking for

The real work is shown in Roller's trolling. Did you see those references to Tim Tebow and (independently but I'm sure Tebow, also known as Jesus, could as well) turning the top ranked Ketchup packet into mustard? Now that's putting in work son, Abu take notes

So... The Big House 2 won't be able to include Brawl. Just confirmed with UM that Pierpont Cafe is a "general use area" that can't be officially reserved for events. No other venue at UM is big enough to host a two-game mega regional, except for the Union ballroom and League ballroom, both of which are booked solid on every Saturday of this upcoming October. I've never really considered any non-UM venues, because the prices seem to be ridiculous everywhere, but if anyone knows about someplace reasonable, let me know.

The plan for now is to just continue having The Big House as a series of Melee-only events, but I actually am still interested in hosting a separate Brawl and Melee regional at some point in time. Summer seems to be a poor time of year for attendance in AA, though. Any ideas?

Juggleguy, while i normally like your ideas and respect you as a TO, i think I speak for brawlers everywhere when I say that cutting out Brawl is extremely prejudiced and unfair. Melee players already had their big tourney with Big House 1, if you have to choose between melee and brawl for Big House 2 its only fair that brawl gets its chance too. Just because you prefer melee doesn't mean the rest of us do.

We're gonna bring in at least 2 hype OoR players, regardless of who we can or can't get, just like S2J/Lovage last time. Still way early.

Might be 6pm or so until I'm at the gameroom today. Woke up earlier than usual for a group meeting, still haven't finished, and might need a recovery nap soon.

When I do get there though, I'd like some Brawl training... yes you heard me right. Gio, Brian, Julian, anyone? My '08 Snake needs to upgrade for next weekend.
