Weekend depends on if people can get rides. Ori and DRDN talked about hosting but not about being able to get to places, and I don't really want to pick up AA and take them somewhere in the opposite direction.

10. 0-death-CG/Spikes are illegal. *Note: Spikes, in general, are not illegal*
11. All infinites are illegal. Chain grabs are legal.
12. All characters have a Ledge Grab Limit of 50. If a game goes to time and one player goes over the Ledge Grab Limit, he will automatically lose the game. If both players exceed their limits, then this rule is ignored.
13. Guaranteed grab releases are illegal. (Such as but not limited to Marth's on Wario, Ike's on MetaKnight, Bowser on Donkey Kong, etc...)
14. Diddy’s “Banana lock” is illegal.
15. Wario’s “Tire lock” is illegal
16. Shiek’s tilt lock is illegal.

A spike is certain death a meteor can be cancelled with a double jump or Up-b recovery move

So Ike D-tilt and Ganon D-air are spikes? And Ness's D-air too.

Everything in brawl is a meteor.
Ganons Dair is just really strong, but it's still possible to meteor cancel it. A footstool is probably the closest thing to a spike in brawl.

There are situations in which every meteor is a spike, because the knockback combined with the hit stun makes you unable to react before you die.

That's the equivalent of saying there are situations when two attacks combo together, because the guy moved too quickly for you to react before getting hit by the second attack.
