Being the "best" of something can never be considered an actual fact, because people have a different view of what the "best" actually means, because there is no actual definition of the "best".

That being mario or not is based on facts. It's a fact that it is ganondorf. There is no fact that somebody is the best with a certain character.

I wouldn't be so sure. PC and KDJ also play good Foxes, and I think PC is the best fox. M2K is definitely best marth though.
