I heard Makoto is getting buffed, and she seems to fit my playstyle from videos I've seen. I was so sad to hear that she was garbage tier in SSF4

I couldn't really get into the SFIV series, as I couldn't find a character I really liked. Fei Long and Guy looked cool, but I never really understood how they do damage. Makoto looks like she plays very similar to how I play Sophitia in SCIV. I like to see up-close mixups, mid-close range speed/priority superiority, ways to punish players who try and run away, and a scary fast long range attack in my FG characters.
