Why my X-fac wouldn't come out 2nd match, I don't know.

I wasn't nervous... eh oh well I only play marvel with 1 character so I wasn't too disappointed.

Haha I OCV'd with Dark Phoenix for the first 3 days I played the game... that may have influenced my decision to used phoenix =P

What is the best slice of life anime? Something.. realistic? I dunno how to accurately describe what I'm looking for. I liked school days, if that helps. I thought it was pretty true and could definitely happen in real life, minus the ending.

Letting my inner weeaboo out.

K-On!, Azumanga Daioh, Aria, Lucky Star. School days is more romance and drama than slice of life though.

Unrelated, anyone who hasn't seen Yakitate!! Japan needs to.

In all honesty, Honey and Clover is pretty realistic besides a couple aspects.

Mattchoo- Are you camping out for the subway deal? LOL.

quote wall incoming

thanks for all the suggestions everyone

i've never seen clash of the titans

excuse for a 949 smash/bad movie night? it's as good as any
I'm down for a movie night, but NOT CotT, that was just terrible in every regard.

I think we should watch Shaun of the Dead =)

Also we're still due for a karaoke night.

I've never seen any of the lord of the rings movies or any of the harry potter movies. I only watch rom coms. yeeeeeeeeeeeee.
give me some recommendations, i've been wanting to watch something like that

actually I think I just want to watch Blue Valentine

Read Bitter Virgin (****ed up **** about people and it's good to read but horrible ending imo)
I don't want to read ****ed up **** like nothing super dark, at least that's not the mood I'm currently in

What exactly is slice of life then lol

In all honesty, Honey and Clover is pretty realistic besides a couple aspects.
After a short google search (before i asked you guys) I thought Honey and Clover or Clannad would be good

I now have no idea what any of the genres are so they may not even be anything I described earlier

The room we got for RS3 was pretty nice but you need to be in a club or something to reserve it.

no one has the money to host tournies at UCI even if we do get a venue

actually there is a class room that i think would be perfect if we could get it for free/cheap

all you'd need are like 10 power strips (give or take) but that's easy enough

if we have people drive up and drop their stuff off, then know how to be sneaky about parking in UTC (aka no one on weekends is there to check) then we good

sure it's a small hassle, but not like it's not a hassle to park and walk at other school tournies, like free parking at champs or walking to CGC's sometimes

uci fight nights are held in a classroom in the student center which they get for free

it's a lot tinier than the fusion room but it's free for uci clubs

that costs like $500

no smasher is willing to pay that much in venue fee

uci goes by the hour not for the day

so that might be too much for a smash tournament

rei/uci people might know the room

i'm thinking of SST 220A/B

i'm sure you could get both as like one room, there are plugs on the walls, but you'd def need lots of power strips, i mean sure the desks are a tad annoying but still, for a free venue it'd be pretty good, or maybe be able to rent/get fold up chairs cheap on campus

and that's why i was thinking a classroom, they are free (so you could actually raise funds lol), and it's still easy enough to get to with help/signs, and still close to food and stuff

Amélie was a pretty amazing(rom com) movie.
Then there are your typical rom coms like What Happens in Vegas, Leap Year, and No Reservations.
I usually like all of them except for ones like Over my Dead Body.

August Rush too even though it's not a romantic comedy.

omg, I want to play smash all week(end)

After watching my vids a bunch then comparing what I do to other Falcos, I picked up on a lot of my bad habits and places where I drop the offense. I want to get to work correcting all this stuff immediately!!!!
