dude i suck at this game.

this game being pretty much anything that isn't a puzzle game.

hell, my laptop doesn't even run it without lagging hard as **** :(

Leagues matter a little. Theres definitely a correlation between skill and leagues, even if its not absolute.

What races does everyone play? I'm z (diamond)

i honestly have like 0 fun playing 1v1 though, i'm down to play a big 4v4 to settle whose house is better

i found this on teamliquid, i think its an accurate description of the leagues.

Bronze: I know what some of the units do.
Silver: I know what a build order is.
Gold: I have a build order for most of the matchups.
Platinum (not stuck-in-platinum-because-stupid-system-won't-promote-me but actual platinum): I have played through my build order more than twenty times.
Diamond: Anything above that.

Diamond really isn't anything special in terms of actual skill just means you are at the level where u **** ur friends who don't know how to play the game

Oscar did say "Irvine" btw, not just the house.

But as far as I'm concerned it's 1-0 Cam's house when a cheesy Dunk couldn't beat my noob ***. I placed in Bronze a few days after that LOOOOOOL

nah f that let's do it monday (labor day weekend)

we can just put our best vs your best and our 2nd vs your 2nd, etc. We'll do all the matches at the same time so there's no coaching. then the winners go from there, kinda like a tournament except say only one of us wins and 3 of your guys win then our 1 has to beat your 3 in a row to win the whole thing. if we split the first round then we match up the remaining 4 players, and keep going 'til one team gets eliminated

EDIT - actually nvm let's wait 'till we all get better so the matches are actually fun to watch and they actually mean something

there's no stocks in ssf4, theres no stocks in mvc2, there's no stocks in high school tennis but somehow they happen. magic?
