Toon Link hasn't been considered high/top tier for a very long time, Meteor.

Also good news to all.

Chatted to BIG BOSS today and he has no issues (seems he forgot the 'thing' from last time :D) with me hosting another. Seems we're all in place for a tournament on the 21st. It's not confirmed yet though, but I'll bump up the boost topic when it is.

In fact, it's almost half. Doesn't bother me though, considering my mains are all below high. (yep, no more ICs for me for a while)

Wont effect me too.

But i think it wont be good if you are going to invite people from outside the scene such as the CSE students as it may give them the wrong idea about what we are about, like we play too restricted or something like the reason why you aid we wont test the item ruleset. But in saying this i am still not very sure, you know the CSE students better than i do.

Actually, it might be a good idea. If you're testing out items next tourney, you can test out this and maybe some other unconventional things at once, save some time. :D

Actually this would be a bad idea, when testing/experimenting its best to test one thing at a time to know how that particular change affects the outcome compared to a control (in our case regular tournament rules). If you change multiple things at the same time it will become difficult, if not at all, to see what is responsible as to why something turned out the way it did.

Not a silly question at all. They are only colour changes though, it doesn't change anything else in the slightest.

I can just tell there's going to be many people concerned about them though...

There is one exception to this, Kirby's B Special will not allow you to transform into the opponent while Emerald(Sub-space) colour.
Oh and some characters do not have an Emerald costume, those are: Sonic, Peach, Toon Link, Wolf, Jigglypuff and Zero Suit Samus.

Actually (:p), you make some fair points. But it's not like we don't already have an idea of how these things play. (That being purely for the sake of argument; don't bother rebutting if you don't feel like it, since I'm obviously pulling at straws here.)

On another topic, wanna have some friendlies at BOOST2? I'd like someone decent to try aforementioned Falcon against, if that's cool. :3

Boost2 isn't confirmed yet, I havn't got a reply from the email I sent to CHAIRMAN.

I'm in no rush though.

But yeah for the next tournament I really would think its a nice time to relax and not be so SERIOUS. Priotising some gotgames things (if they're ready), some fun keepsakes and or STILL A SERIOUS TOURNAMENT.

I'm sure a lot of people would have fun in a low/mid tier tournament :), especially because my FOX IS PIMPING. (My fox scares small children). WAVE BOUNCING YEAAAAAAAAAAa

Is it still possible for you to leech the net off your neighbour or something? :p I remember using some connection for Wi-Fi on my DS at one of your meets.

Luckily Wi-Fi barely uses any bandwidth at all.
