Oh right forgot the time thing. Can I take the forfeit from my match with SK? It's my fault we didn't get to play since I missed the time we were meant to play and the time we got to see each other he was laggy.

he hasn't played the CLUBBA yoshi yet! My pivot dtilt spacing is gonna wreck him.

@Bcow, no you didn't, and I already checked that because I knew you would put up a fight lol.

Ok guys, it seems that no parties with standing to be upset are complaining, so I'll okay the retro play.

Sheer has until next monday to play mahie's WEEK 3 games.

Komo has until next monday to play vice's WEEK 2 games.

i don't mind playing sheer for my week 3 mahie game, as i said to him, but for future occasions, i think it'd be best if it's avoided altogether.

reason being, say mahie went 3-1 in his first two weeks then dropped and sheer took his place as week 5 ends, thus inheriting a 3-5 record. sheer goes back and plays those four games and reverses some of them so his record becomes 6-2. however, those first 4 games spell trouble - his record could just as easily be 2-6, 4-4, etc.

basically going back and playing forfeits is sorta half assed cuz it still isn't going to get an accurate number of w/L for the player. he'd have to go and play all of the matches he'd missed to legitimize his numbers. which is why i think it's easier and simpler to just keep the records as they are.

Well the precedent is set now, and for the rest of this season players will be able to replay all 4 games if someone double forfeits out. However, I don't think that'll happen again this season. Next season (who knows when lol) I will definitely need to put more thought into what happens when someone drops. I don't know if there is a good solution for people dropping in this format. The best thing to do might be to reduce the drops by making playing games easier to do. Maybe I could give out the entire schedule at once and give everyone 1-2 months to play all 14 matches. Some of the drama is removed, but getting games played is more important than that.

rainshifter wins 2-0 to Wilde

Combo, we still have to play! Message me on Skype at your earliest convenience.

I've said this before and it seems to be very true: This game really can play out like rock-paper-scissors in the player "tier".
Fireblaster wins to me --> I win to battlecow --> battlecow wins to komo --> komo wins to Fireblaster -->...
A vicious cycle; keeps things interesting. No sh** day johns... =p

Okay just updated EVERYTHING. Seems like komo did not take advantage of week 2 games. And it seems sheer didn't do his homework and realize that one of vice's week 2 games was a double forfeit with mahie, thus missing out on an opportunity to snag a win. Though lets be real, komo would've just wrecked him in yoshi dittos.

I just updated a lot of stuff so please make sure its correct and let me know if I made any mistakes. forfeits for week 5 were both of hipsturs games which he took the blame for.

4 games left except for those of you that have already gotten underway with week 6 games. Lovin the competition this year guys. I don't think it was nearly as close last time around. If the playoffs started today, here is who would be in:

From the NSC:

1. LD (8-2)
2. Fays (7-3)
3. A$ (7-3)
4. Koro (6-4)

In the hunt:
Wilde (6-5)
Fireblaster (6-6)

-LD has been gimping his opponents faster than old age as he's cruised through opponents to take sole possession of 1st place. He has a key game vs the #2 seed Fays this week, and he'll also have to hold off the hopeful Nyoouber who will be playing with the backing of the always powerful desperation.
-Fays started off hot, but has lost 3 of his last 4, with the lone win being from a forfeit. He'll try to get back on track this week, but vs two 8-2 opponents in LD and Killer it will be no easy task
-A$ has "struggled" this season coming off of an impressive 3rd place at Zenith, but nonetheless is still in very good position to grab the top spot in the division and conference. With Fays and LD playing each other, he will be sure to gain on at least one of them if he can wrap up games vs Koro and Star King.
-Korobeniki is just barely clinging to that last playoff spot. With Wilde breathing down his neck and the red hot fireblaster right there with him, Koro will be feeling the pressure this week against A$ and Greginator. While the last one in, he is also still capable of shooting all the way up to the top if he can win out.
-Wilde's early week 6 loss to Fireblaster broke his tie with Koro, but he is still very much alive as he plays battlecow to finish out the week
-Fireblaster has been on a roll going 4-0 in his last 4 games and winning both of his week 6 games vs wilde and sheer. He'll most likely have to win out to make the playoffs

From the ASC:

1. Greginator (8-2)
2. Battlecow (6-4)
3. Killer (8-2)
4. Sheermadness (5-6)

In the hunt:
Nyoouber (4-6)
Star King (4-6)

-Greginator sits atop the ASC based his early tiebreaking win vs Killer (aka Nova at the time). He'll settle the score with Killer in week 7 but he this week he will be taking on Star King and the Killer killer Korobeniki as he tries to grab that coveted #1 spot.
-Battlecow also has 2 tough games vs Sheer and Wilde this week as he tries to maintain his lead on the dangerous Star King and the surprising newcomer Nyoouber
-Killer sits angrily in second scowling at Nova's week 2 loss to greginator that puts him here. He'll have his chance to even the score with Greg in Week 7, but this week he takes on Nyoouber and his 2nd European of the season, Fays.
-Sheer has been on a tear, but he was stopped by the even hotter fireblaster early in week 6. Needs to take down his argument buddy battlecattle to regain his momentum going into the final week of the season as he try's to hold on to that #4 spot
-Star King with 2 big games vs greginator and A$ that he needs to win to stay in the hunt
-Nyoouber is clinging to hope as well but needs big wins over LD and Killer to keep his hopes alive
