Do you mean FPS in Game Maker only increases the animation speed or the FPS option in Crusade doesn't increase the speed of the game?

No, he's not. He's been talking about closing it for a very long time. Recent events just made it move up in his priorities more and more. We don't mean any harm, especially not Cleod. It's just that we don't want our SSF2 specific sprites accessible until the game is done without permission. If you get permission from the creators then it's perfectly fine for now. When the game is done, we will get mass permission from the creators for others' use.

It should increase the overall speed of the game. If it doesn't work, your computer is incapable of running the game above normal speed.
Your computer might not be fast enough to run the game above normal speed. Check your Reliability and Performance Monitor and change some settings, such as Windows Aero, etc.

EDIT: I'm actually considering changing the font on the word "Crusade" to make it more interesting.

It looks nice.. Is there anything that you can do about the whiteness around the SUPER and BROS right outlines? It looks like it was cut out of a picture in photoshop or something.

I also noticed some lines on the top part of the gray frame-thingy on the left and right sides... I don't know if they are supposed to be there, but they're a bit distracting.

FS: Mangekyou Sharingan (The move he used on Kakashi)
