Your using the mega man from Mega-man Command Mission
So why use music from a Zero game?
Zero and Mega-man are 2 different sub series and 2 different eras.

Jigglypuff is a pretty good character.

Her Rollout is pretty useless as of now. I suggest a new move. Just because it was in the original games doesn't mean she has to have it here - Link's Boomerang is an example. Rest is pretty neat, but could do with just slightly more knockback, I think. Pound is a solid move, if possible, make it have slightly shorter duration. It's hard to use it while in battle, which I think should be possible. Sing is neat. I suggest no changes.

Fun fact: You can grab the ledge, let go and jump upwards, do a Rest and grab the edge afterwards, cancelling the end lag on Rest.

Her aerials are all good, especially her Fair/Nair. Uair isn't quite as usable (IMO) but it's still decent.
Her jab is OK, nothing special. Same for dash attack.
I don't use her tilts that much (I spend much time in the air) but they're OK, but not more. No real reason to use F-tilt instead of Fair as of now, the range is pitiful. U-tilt and D-tilt has its uses, but because of the lack of combos, they're not really as useful as her Fair/Nair, which at least puts the opponents in a position for another Fair.
Her smashes are OK but I never use them - I prefer to gimp enemies with a chain of Fair's, and if the opportunity arises, punish with Rest. The smashes are either too slow or lack range, when it would be much easier to just use a Fair (love that move).
Her grab game is OK. I mostly use Backthrow to set up for edgeguards, but other than that they're not of too much use.

Her Final Smash is being remade, so no comment on that (except for that it edgeguardes really good).

Overall, pretty good. But she'd suck much more without her Fair/Nair/Bair. She needs more options, which I think she lacks as of now.

That's a huge improvement over the previous one! My only (and very minor) complaint is inconsistency between overhead and sideview perspectives on the ground. Some parts you can see the top of while others are almost completely flat. For a game that is consistently overhead, see Kirby Super Star for what I'm talking about. Every part you can walk on has overhead perspective. The SNES Mega Man X games were consistently sideways view and the PSX Mega Man X games were inconsistent.

I wrote quite a bit on such a minor complaint, but it hardly matters whether or not you fix it since it already looks fantastic to start with ^_^.

Actually that is the SNES is inconsistent according to rule perspective.
if you do that that means that the stage isn't lined up.
You would have to play Maverick hunter X for Psp to see what I mean. so the Drawing i have isn't incorrect, not by perspective any way.

Interesting, perhaps I'm not informed enough. However, there are many cases in MMX4-6 where there are perspective issues. A fresh memory of one in my mind is the first half of Dark Dizzy's stage in X5 when you get to the moving platform. That platform is inconsistent with the ground right next to it.

As for Jigglypuff, I have improved her Rollout a bit by giving it less recoil time after hitting, Pound's hitbox lasts a bit longer and does more damage to sleeping enemies, and Rest has more KB.

If there are any Jiggs mains out there, I could post frame data, etc if you want, unless that would ruin things for ya. :p

Oh, that is unintentional! o_O I believe you might still be able to hit Evil Ryu even while he is countering. He isn't invincible the whole time.

Uh actually... Dark Ryu doesnt get hit at all o_O Or at least when i do it?

I hit vB over and over till MK FS is over o_O I meant the hitting with the cape part. btw

Two Fox-related bugs:

1. Landmaster can be used to force people out of the "platform" they spawn on after dying. Because you can't move for about three seconds when respawning, Fox can with good timing kill you through the roof before you can react.

2. I used my Side-B as Fox, trying to grab the ledge, when this happened: http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/6305/foxfalling.png
Basically, I am in special fall, unable to do anything other than move slightly to the side. This isn't unique for Fox or Asteroid Fields, it has happened at least two times for me with Pikachu's Quick Attack, once of them being on Good Egg Galaxy. I think it can occur on all stages.

As far as the Side-B Glitch, that used to happen in previous versions, but i could not get it to do it again in the newest version. And about his FS, i'll look into that more.

Okay, I'll look into that. Should be easy enough to fix the side b problem. As for respawning, I'll have to make it so that you can move if you are somehow intercepted by Landmaster.

Just for an update - Peach is in, and with her is her new stage - Peach's Castle! Also some stages, including the new Peach's Castle, have parallax backgrounds.

Oh no we're not done spriting him yet - but I will try to get in the 180 Falcon Punch!

And I hope you guys like the new backgrounds. They make the stages have a feeling of depth. Also, Final Destination is acquiring some new backgrounds...

If you could had the spriting team or the know how what would Your battle field look like? A ruined temple (a mix between Sky world and ruins or something) or a Techno house? what where you going for
