It’s too bad Ultimate didn’t record any new codecs... it’s probably due to the fact Colonel Roy Campbell’s Japanese VO passed away in like 2010 and the character was retired since

I still wonder what Hayter was coming back for Ultimate for. At this stage, he pretty much just acted as a spokesperson to confirm that yes, Snake is back.

I hope he got to be a part of the post-launch party, at least.

They sign a contract or something that says that they can reuse the clips. I remember Lucario's VA asking on twitter if Nintendo replaced him for Lucario, only to find out his clips from 4 are used.
