We can accept a few more dungeons but the leadership staff will be going through and deciding which ones to include. That being said, only a few have been submitted so I can increase the cap to 5. They will close within the hour just to let people know.

When you submit a dungeon, please keep in mind what kind of dungeon it is. Submitted one that is a bizarre and unrealizable theme (say like…tissue boxes or perhaps a dungeon made of lightbulbs) won’t be considered.

Gravity Dungeon
Taking place inside what appears to be a space laboratory, the Gravity Dungeon is what possibly is the most unique dungeon.

As the name suggests the Gravity Dungeon is focused on the manipulation of gravity, on the walls there are various arrows and the direction and types of arrow determines what the gravity of the current area is.

Blue Arrows pointing downward is used for normal gravity you would find in a typical Smash Dungeon area.

Red Arrows pointing upwards causes anyone in that room to be flipped on the ceiling, meaning that your waling on ceiling.

Yellow Arrows pointing upwards halves the gravity of that area making you walking half the speed and jump twice the height.

Green Arrows pointing downwards doubles the gravity making your speed twice as fast and your jumps half as tall.

Finnaly there are buttons that once pressed reverses the current gravity, Up is Down and Light is Heavy. To comploment the gravity gimmick there are metal block that move alongside the gravity sliding when the gravity changes. Alongside that there are alternating up and down arrow walls that periodically changes the direction of the gravity, Purple Walls affect all entities in the room, and Black walls affect enemies but not the player.

Fittingly most enemies are space or robot themed, mainly from the Metroid, Mega Man, and Subspace series. The enemies are

Primid
Mizzou
Mite
Roturret
Zebisian
Chozo
Gaurdian
Metall
Pooka
Cell
The Core
Metal Barrel Klobber
Wormhole

Enemeis are also manipulated by the gravity but some will have a purple aura which makes them immune to the gravity changing effects.

A dilapidated, abandoned prison - the best treasures and boosts are hiding in the cells, but there's a chance you'll be locked in and have to fight enemies to escape. Enemies tend to be vicious, humanoid creatures.

Enemies:
Mites
Rototurret
Tengu
Kritter
Linel
Zebsian
Beedrill
Pigmask
Risen Infected
Witch
Tyrant

City Dungeon

A bustling metropolis that has been taken over by enemies! You can enter elevators and climb to the top of buildings, which deal fall damage if you jump off and you haven't defeated any foes. Fire hydrants also appear on the ground and spray water, which act like Squirtle's neutral special. And finally, cars will come buy, so watch out!
Enemies include:
  • Rototurret
  • Roader
  • Mites
  • Kritter
  • Hi-Ho

Dungeons are closed! Thank you everyone for submitting! We will be taking a look at them within the leadership team and will make a decision on which ones to include.

Job #213 Submit Wishing Shards
Due to a low number of submissions, so we decided to include them in the thread poll instead of a Google Forms doc..

The choices are between
Deviljho @GolisoPower
Lagiacrus @cashregister9
Kirin @Venus of the Desert Bloom

Job #143: Submit a Wishing Star

Wishing Star is our adventure mode that we have included in Super Smash Bros. Infinite which, unfortunately, has been lacking compared to some of the other modes that we have. In Wishing Stars, characters are transported to a magical world filled with all kinds of worlds by a mysterious benefactor who invites the player's to "have their biggest wish come true". The game is confirmed to have elements o Subspace Emissary with traversable levels where players fight against enemies and other fighters.

But...what are Wishing Stars? They are a key gameplay element which can help turn the tide for the player with they have the correct Wishing Stars equipped.. Here are the general rules concerning Wishing Stars:

  • Players can equip between one and five. A Star ranking shows what level the Wish is at. Powerful Wishes has more stars which takes up slots.
    • 0-1 Stars: Takes up one slot (10 sec duration)
    • 2 Stars: Takes up 2 slots. (25 second duration)
    • 3 Stars: Takes up 3 slots (40 second duration)
    • 4: Takes up all slots (72 second duration)
  • Wishing Stars needs to be created using Wish Shards; small colored crystalline.
  • Players must discover a way to create the Wish via through gameplay, defeating opponents, unlocking or purchasing recipes, etc. After doing so, they can find what kind of Shards are needed to create the Wish.
  • The Wishing Star has a time limit with Rank 0 being quite low and rank 5 lasting a long time.
  • There are eight colored Shards with each Shard having a role in a Wish creation:
    • Red Wish Shard: Focuses attack damage, launch ability, special attack damage, shield damage, and fire, rage, and melee-oriented attacks.
    • Blue Wish Shard: Boosts shields, dodging frames, perfect shield ability, rolling frames, superarmor, and water, ice, and energy-based attacks.
    • Green Wish Shard: Aids jump, double jump, air time, air speed, air dodge, up special as well as wind or air-based attacks and aerial attacks.
    • Purple Wish Shard: Aids item damage, item durability, transformation duration, summoning items as well as sword and weapon-based attacks such as Marth or King Dedede
    • Yellow Wish Shard: Aids speed, walk speed, dash speed, attack speed, negative effect duration decrease as well as electricity and light-based attacks.
    • Pink Wish Shard: Healing, increase in healing items appearing, more health granted to healing items, less recovery frames, and boosts Final Smashes.
    • Black Wish Shard: Aids in improving negative effects, debuffing negative affects, causing terrain effects, inverse effects duration, as well as magical-based attacks including curses and spells.
    • White Wish Shard: Aids in improving health, reducing damage taken, removing negative effects, dealing damage against evil foes, as well as light and holy-based attacks including spells and magic.
  • Once a Wishing Star is created, it can be stored in a Wish Bank to given to a fighter in the character's mode roster. Once the Wish is used in game, it vanishes forever.
So what will we do? We will be creating our own Wishing Stars to include in this mode. The general idea is that they are a mixture between the Infinity Stones in Marvel vs Capcom Infinite and Spirits in Ultimate and can only be used once. They can be used at anytime during gameplay but, once used, are gone forever and need to be recreated again. There will be other UNIQUE Wishing Stars that play a role in the mode but we will explore them quite yet.,

To help set us up, I will submit one so people can get a general feelings:

Fancy Footwork Wishing Star
Stars: :starman::starman:
Ingredients:
2 Green Shards, 2 Red Shards
Obtained: Perform over 50 successful kicking moves during gameplay
Effect: Gives a +12 attack damage boost to all kicking moves while also increase the attack speed by 2.5x. Increases walking/running movement like .4% after each successful kicking attack.

When submitting a Wishing Star, the following format must be used:
  • Name
  • Stars
  • Ingredients
  • Obtained
  • Effect

Obtained can be through various means such as what i mentioned above or...
  • Unlocking a particular character for your roster
  • Purchasing (please provide the amount)
  • Defeating a particualr character
  • Progressing to a certain area in the adventure mode
  • Meeting a certain character
  • Fulfilling a requirement

I apologize for this being so late but I have been piecing this idea together for months and its finally ready to be rbought to the thread for development.
We will be adding Wishing Shards again to the Story Mode, Wishing Stars. These are temporary modifiers that can be created via story mode. Think of them like the Infinity Stones in MvC Infinite. They last a certain amount of time before expiring. Please read the requirements for their inclusion and feel free to follow the link in my quote by clicking the quoted text to go to my original post. There you can see some examples people submitted.

Pac-Man Alt: Turn-To-Blue
TURN-TO-BLUE was already submitted, but it changed the color of Pac himself which I think wasn’t allowed, so instead Pac’s gloves and shoes (not just the wing straps) turn the famous TURN-TO-BLUE color. Not really a submission as much as an addendum/fix of a previously submitted concept

We will be accepting Alternate Color submissions for Lucina, Robin, and Shulk. As before, we are just including alternate colors. Future Connected (Red):
A color based on his appearance in Xenoblade Chronicles: Future Connected. In this Alt costume, Shulk's hoodie becomes a much brighter red, and his shirt, pants and shoes become a midnight blue. The purple trims, meanwhile, become brighter blue, as well.

Job #214: Mini-bosses
Just as we added more smash dungeon enemies, we will be adding more minibosses as well. These will function similarly to the previous mini-bosses we've added, being more powerful basic enemies with more attack and health, yet no special arena. We will be accepting both first and third party bosses, and you may submit one of each. Bosses must have some form of minor content within infinite, excluding spirits, posters, and music. Please include their attacks, health, and reason why they should be included.

Robin, Lucina, and Shulk alts remain open

Darknut

They attack with general sword strikes, dealing heavy damage. Their health is 50HP, split in two phases. In the first 25HP, they wear their armor and are stronger and have super armor at the expense of being slower all-round. The latter 25HP, the armor comes off and they attack much more swiftly at the cost of power and protection. They have a Mii Costume and imo are one of the more impressive Zelda enemies

Resubbing these two. Bubsy is represented through a poster and therefore should be elegible

EDIT: sigh

#103
Dragon (Game & Watch/Zelda)

The dragon is rendered in the same way as Mr. G&W, and is very big. It flies around and has two methods of attack - a tail stab and a fireball. It can shoot fireballs in two different positions, but never both at the same time (though these positions are altered to be forwards rather than downwards to better fit the fast paced gameplay). This character represents one of the most overlooked parts of both G&W and Zelda history. G&W Zelda, despite its obscurity, is often regarded for being highly advanced given the tech.

Apologies for forgetting about posters, but as those are not voted on, similar to spirits, we won’t be counting those as qualifying content either. The post has been edited to reflect that.

Thought I'd resubmit thus one.
1630724299232.png

The Trapper from Dead by Daylight
A very strange concept I'm pitching here but one that can work really well. The Trapper is one of the playable killers in Dead by Daylight & one of the first, he used to work at a Coil Mine before trapping a couple of workers in the mine & killing them.

He'd be a mini-boss who'd be hard to kill since he does have some form of pain resistance(based on the hooks pierced in his body and Azhymovs Theories), He uses a cleaver which does a good amount of 40% damage and can also kick players sometimes when they're close to him which leaves 20% damage(this is based on trapper kicking doors open in his home series) When Trapper gets KO'd his mask breaks and he gets send flying leaving some items behind.

Trapper would leave some traps near signaling his presence, if you get caught by his traps it leaves 45% damage on the player.

Dead by Daylight has become fairly popular and is now in the hall of fame of horror, so i think it'd be interesting to give Dead by Daylight some representation in Smash, though it'd be a bit difficult to have any of the killers or even the survivors work as fighters in smash so i choose this idea since it does sound unique.

Job 214:

First Party:

Stone Talus (The Legend of Zelda):
1636944257718.png

A massive golem of stone and one of the first bosses to be revealed for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The Stone Talus is massive, and is completely invincible to all attacks...save for a large ore at the top of its body. The Talus has a total of 150HP and can do the following:
  • Punches with its rock hands. Deals 10% damage and medium knockback.
  • Throws a rock, sacrificing its arm. Deals 18% damage and high knockback.
  • Slams its body into the ground, dealing 25% damage and burying.
  • Sticks a side of its body into the ground, pulling out a new arm. 14% damage and low-medium knockback. Only occurs if the Talus is missing an arm.

Third Party:
Gargantuar (Plants vs. Zombies)
1636944549903.png

A giant hulking zombie enemy from Plants vs. Zombies, the Gargantuars are beefy, slow-moving zombies that are exceptionally difficult to kill. It has a whopping 200HP and can do the following:
  • A slow, yet meaty smash with the telephone pole. Deals a whopping 30% and enough knockback to kill at 10% on direct hit, and only 15% damage and medium knockback surrounding it. This attack, however, is extremely slow.
  • In a sudden burst of speed, the Gargantuar will hunch downwards and charge forwards in a shoulder bash that deals 16% damage and medium-high knockback.
  • When reaching 50% of his HP, he will throw his Imp at the player that brought him down to that level, who will gnaw at him for 2% per bite, similarly to the Klaptrap.
  • After the Imp is released, the Gargantuar releases a new attack: it will fire a mechanical imp from its trash can that will explode on impact with any players. Deals 17% damage and medium knockback.
  • When it dies, it will sway around for a bit before falling forwards, dealing 18% damage and burying/meteor smashing in a last-ditch effort to doom the player.

3P Mini-Boss: Sandopolis Guardian

The Sandopolis Guardian slowly walks around the arena and occasionally jumps very high to stomp. You can only attack its head, which makes it flinch a little. If it is hit to the point where it falls off a platform, it shatters - however, it can jump from one platform to another willingly just fine.

First Party Miniboss: Boom Boom (Super Mario)

Boom Boom would be slightly larger than he is in New Super Mario Bros U. He can charge forward as he does in NSMBU, and he could also spin around rapidly and charging forward, becoming invisible at low health. He has high health and deals great damge and knockback, but he has predictable moves. Boom Boom could be considered a "starter" miniboss.

Third Party Miniboss: Black Frost

Black Frost would be two Jack Frost's high. He would create large icicles from one to three battlefield platforms long, which then fall. Black Frost could also use ice breath, which freezes opponents and deals damage. Finally, Black Frost could use Mamudo, which would envelop Black Frost's opponent in a dark aura (if they're close enough) and then cause a small, purple explosion on the fighter (Looks almost identical to Mamudo in SMT V)

Job 214:

Shadow Stalker (Warframe):
View attachment 337764
The Shadow Stalker is a recurring boss in Warframe that has a chance of interrupting your mission to attack you. They show up after you complete an Assassination mission, indicated by a message from the man himself saying, "Your actions have consequences..."

In Smash, he generally follows the same principle. Defeating a Boss will show a flash of the Shadow Stalker's silhouette behind your fighter's portrait, signifying that he will come soon. At any point after, the screen will flash blue for a moment before the Stalker appears and says, "I AM YOUR RECKONING!" As for combat, he has 170 HP can do the following:
  • Sword slashes using the far-reaching War heavy sword three times, pictured above. In Warframe, this was more effective against shields, so if he hits you with all three while you're shielding, he will break your shield.
  • Slash Dash: Taken from the starter Warframe Excalibur. Shadow Stalker will take a stance and zip forwards like Fox's Side Special, dealing 13% damage and stopping 1/2 Battlefield away.
  • Shuriken: This ability and the next two are taken from the shinobi Warframe Ash. Throws a barrage of 2 shurikens in front of himself. They deal a weak 4% damage individually but have very high kill potential.
  • Smoke Screen: Creates a large cloud of smoke as big as Piranha Plant's Poison cloud at his location that lasts 10 seconds and obscures everything inside.
  • Teleport: Warps from his current location to another part of the map. Often used in tandem with Smoke Screen.
  • Reckoning: Taken from the crusader Warframe Oberon, the Shadow Stalker will command grab anyone within the same diameter as 1/2-Power Magic Burst. If anyone is caught, he will lift them up before dealing 18% damage and spiking them all.
  • Pull: Taken from the magnetic Warframe Mag, the Shadow Stalker will pull the opponent to his location. Anyone affected will be stunned as though they were hit by Samus's Paralyzer for a short time after.
  • Absorb: Taken from the mind-controlling Warframe Nyx, the Shadow Stalker will enter an 8-second long counter state, tanking any attacks that come his way and nullifying all damage. Once the 8 seconds are up, he will unleash a radial burst that will deal damage depending on how much accumulated damage he would have taken, but regardless he will deal a minimum of 12% damage.
The Shadow Stalker will disappear should he successfully manage to KO you, but if you kill him first, you'll get some rare rewards. He should get in because he's a story-important character in Warframe and he's eligible since the Lotus and Natah Spirits exist.

First Party

Wild Demonic Beast (Fire Emblem)

These would be powerful hulking creatures, they would have powerful claw attacks, Bites and tail swipes, all of them are poisonous.

Third Party

Marauder (DOOM)

The Marauder is a powerful enemy from DOOM Eternal in infinite he would replicate his moves pretty well

The Marauder would have a high jump and could dash around. When in combat he holds his shield out which makes him impervious to all attacks from the front. From a distance the Marauder will throw his battle axe at you which does a lot of damage. When up close it shoots it's shotgun at you knocking both you and the Marauder back. Regardless of the distance you are from the Marauder, The Marauder has a chance to summon it's dog to attack you.

Moray Keeper (Sin & Punishment: Star Successor)
In an attempt to find a safe passage to hijack a ship, protagonists Isa Jo and Kachi find themselves making their way through an underwater tunnel. The tunnel is filled with hostile Keepers (artificial organisms designed to protect the remnants of the Earth), however, forcing the duo to fight their way through. Along the way, they encounter several eel-like organisms, with a large variant serving as the second boss of the level.

The Moray Keeper is one of the larger mid-bosses, with its size so great that it would remain in the background during battles. It would appear during underwater levels, silently stalking the player(s) until its battle begins. The Moray Keeper would have a decent 180 HP despite its size and would have one attack throughout the battle. It would only be vulnerable while it's in the foreground, so the player must evade properly and take the opportunity to attack. However, it will gain 2 more attacks, both of which designed to mimic the evasive movements of Sin & Punishment, thus making it a mid-level to a difficult mid-boss.

Attacks:
  1. Bite - Self explanatory. The Moray Keeper lunges out from the background and attempts to eat the player. As it's in the background, the Moray Keeper would be wriggling around like you would expect an eel to. Once it decides to attack, it would stop briefly and lunge out. This would deal 22% to the player every time it lands properly. After it bites, it will linger in the foreground for a second before retreating back into the background. However, if the player is adept at using their shield, the attack can be perfect-shielded. When the bite is parried, the Moray Keeper will wince in pain and take 20 HP of damage. This is in reference to how their bites can be deflected using a melee attack.
  2. Call Moray - Once the Moray Keeper reaches 120 HP, the battle will start to become more difficult. It will summon smaller, though still large, Moray Keepers in the background. These are weaker, faster, and have around 30 HP of health, though the amount of enemies on the screen (2 Morays plus the main Moray Keeper) will keep the player on their toes. These Morays will deal around 13% to the player every time they properly land an attack. These bites can also be parried, though it might not be worth it to fish for a parry while there are other enemies trying to attack the player. These smaller variants can be easily distinguished from the main variant (which is the only one that needs to be defeated to win) by the glow of their eyes. The minions will have a red glow and the main Moray will have a yellow glow.
  3. Bubbles - Finally, at 60 HP, the Moray Keeper will begin blowing bubbles. These bubbles are decently large, around the size of King Dedede, and there would be around 3 at a time on the stage. They will always rise up from the bottom of the stage, and you can see where they are coming up from. Touching a bubble would cause it to burst and deal 7% of damage. While this might not seem like much, but at this point, there is quite a bit going on in the arena, so it would be best to pay attention to where the bubbles are coming from and avoid them.
