Yeah, I know. It's kind of jarring when people take Sakurai's words out of context and exaggerate their meaning. It's jumping into absurd conclusion out of a few words. It's completely absurd logic.

I think things are also lost in translation, and it's difficult for some people to tell when Sakurai is stating his opinion, or when an interviewer adds his or her own opinion.

Given what he has said and how he has handled them in the past, it's a safe bet it will be Brawl only. Now, I do think you'll probably see some stages like Sector Z and Pirate Ship reimagined due to their respective games.

I'd guess as much as well, shame so many great stages will be confined to one single game though. :/

Sakurai did not bring back Infinite Glacier and Flat Zone, and many fans, myself included, really really hated those stages. I can see him dropping New Pork City in favor of a new large stage (probably from Xenoblade) and a new Mother stage (Saturn Valley).

Well that's because he seemed to only bring back stages of the series introduced in the first Smash, one for each series. If the pattern were to continue (which I hope it doesn't), logically we would also get the Brawl IC, FE, and G&W stages to go along with the original ten, but believe me, I'd be as thrilled as anyone if he based them primarily off popularity instead of series.

Probably one of the characters or stages already shown. I don't expect any new material that we haven't seen until later next week. I mean, a silhouette of a newcomer would be nice, but I don't think Sakurai will reveal much this early.

If I had to take a guess I'd say perhaps Kirby or Donkey Kong

Imagine someone playing as Mario going up against a team of the 3 newcomers for the first time. One against three fighters and the Mario player has no idea what they can do. I'd love to watch a fight like that.

I suspect the new Animal Crossing stage is like Mushroomy Kingdom: two stages in one. In this case one is the town and the other the city. Considering the music for Villager was the theme from the Gamecube game it gives me hope that we'll hear more music from that game. Would absolutely die if 5 P.M. is available. Seriously, you guy's don't understand how much I love this song.

You know it would be recorded by a jazz band. How incredible would that be?
