Here in Portugal, it's safe to say that Sony had (and still has) the most impact on the video game market. The Sony consoles are much more popular than the rest.

As of recent times, though, things have been changing a little. I kind of hated that when I was on 7th/8th grades, I was the only one with a GameCube and people claimed that PS2 was the best and Nintendo only had games 'for kids like Mario and Pokémon'.

What gen was Nintendo 'graced' with the title of the "kid's console"?
SNES was fine, and I didn't really encounter "fanboys" when the N64/PS1 dropped. It was only 2 years after I got the GC I heard someone use the term kid's cube or something like that.

I think the trend started with the GameCube.

Then came the Wii and some fanboys claimed it was bad because it had bad graphics. I have no patience for such pettiness. All consoles (except Xbox One ) have good and bad qualities about them. It's foolhardy to think there's a perfect console.

Both literally and in practice. It's literally only good for setting up Spikes and Toxic Spikes, and even then it's outclassed in that role by quite a lot of Pokemon.

Yeah, by the time I got my SNES I had already played Mario 64, Turok and a couple other games at other people's house.

When I got my 64 (actually my brother got it for his birthday) we didn't even have to buy games since the other kids would loan us their games (the barrio is cool like that) or they would just come over for some of that 4 player fun. I don't think we bought a game until Smash came out and that was because my neighbor wouldn't loan us his copy, lol.

Hahaha! I think most of my games where hand-me-downs from my cousins.
I think my first N64 was a hand-me-down from one of my cousins too. I think DK64 was was coming out, and he got this lime green see-through N64 with the game. He gave me his old grey N64 with a couple of games. I later got my own lime green N64 to play DK64.the rest of the games i played were due to trading ans swapping games with friends. I remember i had one neighbor who wouldn't let me borrow his Pokemon Stadium after I gave him my Conker, and then he moved!

Lyn filed a restraining order to keep Manly at least 50 feet away from her space, so it won't be a problem. The main problem however is Lyn having a relatively high chance to land critical hits and she sports a good evasion, similar to the Myrmidon or Swordmaster classes. Luckily a good hit will knock her down considering her low defense.

As for Krystal and Ghirahim, those two will be tranquilized and then put into a tiny cage like a wild animal. So will the people that will defend them.

Roy is garbage when compared to Marth. In Super Smash Bros. at least, in Fire Emblem both are pretty mediocre.

If you promote him to a Hero he doesn't even need healing from anyone or anything.

My Donny has the inevitable Counter and Sol.

Typical scenario for Donnel:
A; Opponent does no damage, Donnel doubles and kills
B; Opponent activates skill and misses, Donny kills
C; Opponent actually hits, Opponent takes Counter damage, Donny heals with Sol and kills.

Not to mention, my Owain is now a roid-raging machine that Sacred Stone's anything in his path. Armsthrift + Sol + Counter + Astra + Lethality = OMGWTFLOLCOPTERSTOMP Owain.
And Donnel still surpasses his son

Red is the opposite of blue. God damn we didn't get Pokemon Orange and Blue versions, we got Pokemon Red and Blue versions. The opposite of orange would be purple.

It's a shame we don't really have any French characters, because we do need more French maids on the roster. Mario and Luigi are Italian, Shulk and K. Rool are British, Pit and Palutena are Greek, and so on. If we had a French character, everything would be perfect.

Ah well, on the bright side Takamaru would make for a nice maid.

A friend of mine calls Virion "that French guy", though he reminds me of Edgeworth too much.

I kind of doubt there's much communication between developers just because of Smash.

I mean, Mario Galaxy barely had a mention in Brawl.

That may or may not have been due to the original release date. They have to decide on designs early on so Galaxy may not have been far enough in the works to give any working material to them.

Because the guys at Intelligent Systems are secretly part of the Happy Happyism cult and want to coat everything in blue. That, and pink hair on a guy would look kind of odd. Maybe on a girl, but that has been beaten to death already.
