To be fair, Sony and Microsoft have always relied more on third party games then first party games whereas Nintendo has relied on first party games ever since the PS1 was released. So it isn't surprising that those 2 systems have less exclusives then Nintendo, they have always been heavy on third party games it just comes down to which system fans want their third party games on, which seems to usually be the PS. So I dunno if I would call that a fair comparison as if you compare the third party games the systems have access Nintendo will have considerably less compared to the other 2.
