Super Smash Bros 4 (Wii U/3DS) Topic

A lot of the 3DS stages seem to be really dynamic in that there is a lot going on in the background for a lot of them. We already have a moving train, a battle arena, a guided tour through the Mushroom Kingdom, a puppy playpen, and now a stage on the verge of a potpourii filled atomic blast.

What if they have a stage in the 3DS version that uses the camera as the background so you see IRL in the background?

Maybe Sakurai's having a problem with ice climbers on the 3ds because there's always so much crap going on in the background that it can't process that and them

I'm glad I waited too as now I have a wider selection of games and options to choose from, plus I got other responsibilities to pay for, most of which take priority over vidya, such as rent, bills, Uni, a new TV, a new comp (which is a piece of **** btw), to name a few.

Your priorities are questionable, but I'll excuse you for it for now.

Ever since I saw this many years ago, I've always wanted a Boxing Ring stage in Smash:

The atmosphere is so intense, and just gets me pumped as ****!

Also, that Ryu Finisher is MEAN.

I don't know; The argument is silly either way. If everyone's so sure it's a Punch-out stage then there really shouldn't be much room for arguing.
And don't get me wrong, I'm one of the people who supported the fact that it's a Punch-out stage. It's just that everyone is so adamant about it without leaving room for error that It'll be hilarious watching everyone stagger because they turn out to be wrong.

I see your point. There are 2 things I can't take about the Smash Bros. fans:

1. People who are 100% sure about things that aren't 100% confirmed or even hinted by Sakurai himself [like people who say Snake is 100% out and there's no way he's coming back]
2. People who demand characters everywhere Smash Bros is mentioned in the internet, like spoiled brats asking their parents for toys]

So yeah.
But anyways, I hate when people say "I'LL BE LAUGHING AT YOU GUYS WHEN ALL YOUR DREAMS GET CRUSHED BY LIFE". It's just a cruel comment, you know?

Also, I own all four seasons. It quickly became one of my all-time favorites. It's just... so well written, so witty and funny.

Maybe. I mean, it could mean Little Mac is playable. There are some really loyal Little Mac Supporters, idk.

Naw, they won't. If you watch gameplay vids, it's already confirmed that Mario's down-special is the FLUDD

Personally, I think the possibility of it being a Punch Out stage might be good for Little Mac's chances of being playable. That's why some people really want it to be true.
But anyways, I don't know. I'm just waiting for any confirmation. Cautiously.

I forgot to add don't, cuz im dumb, but this seasons finale was great.

A stage that i want to see is Grand Metropolis from Sonic Heroes, because there isnt a single good remix for that level.

On a different note, I really enjoy the stage. I hope there's not too much of a stage hazard (such as Viridi blowing the thing to bits).

Anyway, I do think Little Mac has a very legitimate chance of being playable in SSB4, regardless of the boxing ring or not.
The Punchout Wii reboot put Punchout back on the map again, and Little Mac's a retro gaming icon.

They're still different systems and could just have different technical quirks that cause different limitations.

But whatever it is they're going to get over the issue quickly if they haven't already gotten over it.

Games, like all programs, are a bunch of mathematical and logical calculations. A CPU, or central processing unit, deals with all of these calculations. The faster a CPU is, the more calculations it can do in a given set of time;
The 3DS having "a worse CPU than the Gamecube" pretty much means it'll have trouble processing as many things as fast as the Gamecube would which... is kind of bad.
