Has a pretty funny sheik haha. I saw him kinda **** when I went to FL.

Then saw him get ***** by Linguini lawl.

omg bro he is so good. We did really well together double sheik team combos are mad funny.
He recently played linguini and it was close. he lost 1-2. but 2 weeks before that he 3 stocked rockcrock in a mm. he is just too good!

lol, I lost to Armada again and actually got my *** kicked by Zgetto too..=D
I played Falco against Armada (and Fox, but almost got 4 stocked again so no more..) and it went 'ok', I'll win next time..>.>

Went Sheik against Zgetto and I was ****** until he suddenly went into God Mode and completely destroyed me..:embarrass

In PAL for every mistake I make I get a 90% combo and I die at about 130%..
For every mistake Armada makes he gets a 30% combo and dies at about 180%..
On top of that, the higher his percentage, the harder it is to land a killing blow because he can just stay in his shield for as long as he wants to...

It's almost impossible to win..really..

The only difference in NTSC is the kill percentage instead of being able to kill him at 180% he dies at about 120% and because he's actually scared of getting grabbed, it's easier to pressure him at high percentages to force mistakes. (But it's still not in Sheiks favor if you ask me, it's still 90% vs 30% per mistake)

Guaranteed combo's don't tip the scales in Sheiks favor. Especially when a Peach can combo you for 3 times the amount of damage with little effort.

Plus sheik doesnt die very easily since peach lacks a good kill move. She doesnt even gimp sheik that well.

i mean, armada is ridiculously fast with punishes so maybe the matchup chart doesn't apply. but on a serious note, i don't see how sheiks win that much.

particularly when u get trapped, u have no way to escape the fc fair/nair approach cause they can jab, grab, or dsmash ur options and u can't jump over them cause sheik's horizontal movement is garbahj. and if ur on the ledge u can forget it too. from a grab, sheik *****, but idk, seems fairly even in ntsc unless ur amazing with grabs. . .

So question, what should I get?

I'm spending 30 on a classic controller for my friend

So I have 220 dollars to blow absolutely recklessly.

I have a DS, Wii, PS2.

Thinkin about gettin a PSP worth it? Not worth it?

yes edge guarded is the correct term You will only die(ko not coming up short on the recovery) at higher % stage dependent of course. And your right armada>xif no secret excuse me for that one. My point being sheik can live long although if your getting edgeguraded it doesnt really matter lmao. Lets just leave it at that my friend

i was thinking of getting a psp myself but it was just to play old school games like ff7. um psp has an ok line up of games but as far as systems go i dont think its all that great. the ds is far superior imo

Either way, comparing two different people isn't the same as comparing someone's secondary to his main. Especially in this case because Armada's favorite match up is Falco IIRC and he still does better than my main (even though my Falco's a million times worse).

Amsah, here's a few steps to beat Armada next time you fight him in Grand Finals.

1) Go spam K-on Season 2 (Dear god Ritsu is amazing in that show)

2) Tell Armada you have dreads.

3) Put Azu/Yui tag on.

4) Profit.
