I'd say Charles over Couch Guy. Charles is our secret Medakniiiiiii.Crew Battle would be pretty epic though. Is that the Austin top 5?
As a friendly competition, son.I thought you were trying to save money, Espy.
I don't know when I work that Sunday, but we MIGHT need to leave that same Saturday... would that be a huge issue, Chris?
*!*Bored's probably gonna be coming with the Austin crew to this.
lolSomebody should totally provide birthday shenanigans for me and Nike.
There won't be if I don't get enough support.so, i hear theres not going to be teams
I certainly hope so.Lol, are there going to be enough setups for everything?
lolnice.I miiiight be entering Melee for fun. I played for the first time since before Brawl came out and found out I can't play my main or my secondary...but for some reason my DK played better than he ever did. XD
That's fine. I'm grateful that you guys are helping to pitch in as well.A handful of us from UT Smash Club will probably go. I can bring a Wii+melee/brawl and possibly a TV. I think most of us will enter melee. I gotta admit that brawl random char random stage sounds fun though!
Don't break the rules just to get another setup over here. If you can't bring one, that's fine. We're getting a bit more Wiis than even I accounted for.I should be able to make it, but family issues are forcing me to sneak a Wii and Brawl (and Melee if need be) and made it impossible for me to sneak a TV set, sorry. If else, need me to bring anything else, Espy?
sweet more melee people bring Kal or JF if they have the time off.A handful of us from UT Smash Club will probably go. I can bring a Wii+melee/brawl and possibly a TV. I think most of us will enter melee. I gotta admit that brawl random char random stage sounds fun though!
Nice. I may still have a ride after all.A handful of us from UT Smash Club will probably go. I can bring a Wii+melee/brawl and possibly a TV. I think most of us will enter melee. I gotta admit that brawl random char random stage sounds fun though!
Lol, you have to tell your parents about thisLol, I still have to tell my parents about this >_<
dang, Niddo's sig doesnt lie. He is rugged, to stop enjoying Disney moviesI stopped enjoying kid movies a long time ago.
Now they are all either "meh" like Up or "stupid" like Bolt imo.
Toy Story FTW. >_> <_<
what he said. except i'm not a film student.OMG Espy, that's one of my favorite Disney songs EVER! I've always said that if there's an amateur Lion King stage production, I'd drop everything and go play Scar. He's my favorite villain of all time AND he gets to sing such an amazing song.
Just in case you're ever on Jeopardy: Jeremy Irons, the voice of Scar, came down with an illness around the end of "Be Prepared," so Jim Cummings, known for voicing Winnie the Pooh and Tigger and most recently Ray the firefly, stepped in to sing the last few lines. You really can't tell a difference in the voices at all if you aren't looking for it.
Also, "Be Prepared" is visually one of the best music sequences ever conceived by Disney. That last minute when Scar is rising up in the air on that rock perfectly fits into high-quality films' habits of leading the eye to pleasing places. If you watch the clip, notice how your eye naturally picks up on all the hyenas when Scar rides the rising rock. The hyenas are staggered perfectly so that the human eye can't help but notice them. It's so textbook, and to a film student who studies this stuff all the time when he watches movies, it's simply beautiful.
Just watching this clip again literally sends chills down my spine.
Speaking of Disney, The Princess and the Frog introduced one of the coolest Disney characters I've seen since Stitch.
I'll take having to tell them where I'm going over incurring tens of thousands in school related debtLol, you have to tell your parents about this
i'll vouch for school debt sucking.I'll take having to tell them where I'm going over incurring tens of thousands in school related debt
I'm set now though.
You son of a *****. You left me out.Donkey Bong, we're totally gonna discuss Disney films at this.
Don't worry, Espy, I meant in addition to you.You son of a *****. You left me out.
It's because of the Zangoose vs. Golduck thing, isn't it?
Good. I love you again.Don't worry, Espy, I meant in addition to you.
pfft I don't even know who owns a PS3 much less an arcade stick in the SA smash community. I think K Prime has one?Someone bring BlazBlue for the PS3~~
K Prime has one, and two of my friends have a PS3 while I have BlazBlue, but they can't bring their systems.pfft I don't even know who owns a PS3 much less an arcade stick in the SA smash community. I think K Prime has one?
I could bring my 360 along with my stick but I think Greyfox told me he lost one of his sticks. Can't remember if it was the 360 one or the PS3 one.
I think it was the PS3 one.
Guess I'll bring the 360 then :suess:
Now that's fail. Almost as bad as playing Sonic and the Black KnightK Prime has a 360, and two of my friends have a PS3 while I have BlazBlue, but they can't bring their systems.
That's right.
I have BlazBlue for the PS3, but not the system.
lol.
