I feel like I need coffee.

What is it about the mornings after an all nighter that suck so much? No matter how much sleep I get the night before, the time of 6/7 A.M. - 12/1 P.M. always make me feel like ****. I slept in until 5 P.M. yesterday and I've only been up for 16 hours and I feel the same as I would if I were to wake up for school at 7 A.M., pull an all nighter, and be at this position now (22 hours).

Mind illusions.

Humans aren't naturally supposed to sleep for a straight 8 hours. Try telling yourself "I will wake up in 4 hours." If you wake up, don't go back to sleep. Just run on those 3 hours and take a power nap later. That's what I do and I feel great.

I go to sleep at like 2, wake up at 6, and take a nap in the middle of the day. I feel great, too.

The secret is to sleep a multiple of the 1.5 hour REM cycle. 7 and a half hours of sleep is way better than 8. Likewise, 3 hours is >> 4. Sleeping off that cycle results in you waking up tired, even if you got 90173561 hours of rest.

This information got me safely through my hardest semester of college. First time not sleeping through/skipping copious amounts of class :D

Also the numbers can vary from person to person, so that's worth taking into consideration if a multiple of 1.5 hours doesn't work out. Avoid alarms if possible, though I know a lot of people don't have the option.

I had one of those apps that check your movement and the alarm would softly get louder. Now, I didn't quite believe all the movement crap could be recorded with detail, but the alarm made me wake up very peacefully.

Oh, and I want to meet someone who sleeps the uberman's sleep schedule. And I feel so awake now that I past that mark.

25 and I'm feeling coo.

Oh, and there's an update on my moving status. It's very likely that I will be moving on June 1st. I'd say about 90% chance.

I applied at CST which hired Drew a few weeks ago and a friend of mine a few days ago. They're supposed to hire around 200 so I'm sort of waiting on that for a week. If not, I have other locations I'll be trying.

I may pursue a similar job, Roman. It sounds like something I could do while I'm in college to make some cash.

I don't use an alarm. If I need to be up for work, I automatically wake up, with enough time to get ready. Even if I've only gotten 2-3 hours of sleep.

Actually, I pulled an all-nighter last night and fell asleep, unintentionally, at about 9:30. My shift started at 10:45 and I woke up at 10:00 and made it to work on time.

Hey does anyone know what the hotel arrangements are for FC? Like what are you guys planning on doing? Arkansas feel free to answer this question too. I'm pretty interested.

Actually it looks like someone left it streaming all night, so the footage ends around 9hrs... but it goes to Project M around 7:45:00

Looks like our matches start at about 5:45:00. Also, of course the quality will be better on the youtube vids cuz it was recorded straight to AVI, plus it will have a better audio mix with the commentator mics.

I have a graduation today, Ziv, but after today I think we should try to want to play again. I miss the days where we loved smashing so much that we'd just hang out at your house for days. I kinda need smash in my life and we've been doing none of it >.>;

I'll be there Thursday, but I have to work Friday (was the only way I could get Saturday off) from 1pm to midnight. I think Strong Bad and Jace are coming to town Friday so you'll have them. And of course the rest of my crew will be playing either one or both days.

Don't forget Fishburne. Our double Ness team will dominate everyone in friendlies.
