Bull**** (Please excuse my French.). I love Nintendo, but I like the idea of the Koopaling's being related to Bowser and Bowser Jr. much better, and since that used to be canon, it's what I think. The same thing goes for Smash Bros. Now, if the idea that the Smash characters were actually toys and the Koopalings being unrelated to Bowser had a significant impact on the plot of the games, then obviously I would change my head-canon, but since it doesn't, I'll stick with the older canon that I personally prefer.

I think it was Aninymouse. And, yeah, it is a shame. Granted, I haven't played Metal Gear, but I don't think its fair to judge an entire series, or even a game, based on one cutscene, especially when that game is so different in tone from every other game in the series. However, I'm just speaking based on what I've heard and seen, so I'm probably not the best person to speak on this subject.

I also remember how Aninymouse said that if he saw that violent cutscene happening in real life, he would run up and stop the violence by cutting the peoples' heads off. Oh, the irony...:p

OK yep it was him.

But the games have always been known for their unique humor, in and out of cutscenes, Ground Zeroes strayed from that and it looks like Phantom Pain is straying even farther, sadly.

I was thinking about some cool nifty names for the Mewtwo Matchup thread and Q&A threads for when Mewtwo comes out.

Something along the lines of:
"Scion of the Psychic" and "Mutually Exclusive Dichotomy"

I dunno, I'm kinda bored right now lol :p

Come on Nintendo, please announce that new Nintendo Direct! I can't wait to know Mewtwo's release date! If we don't get an announcement when I wake up after this night, then I'm going to be really disappointed. (Unless they announce one for Thursday, but Directs are usually revealed Wednesday so I'm not giving my hopes up)

The more I think about it, the stupider I feel for assuming Metal Gear is a serious franchise.
I mean, come on, the main character hides in a cardboard box.

Something inside of me wants Mewtwo to be a low-tier character.
He just somehow screams "disrespect" in my head, kind of like Ganondorf.

I've seen that image before so it didn't surprise me in anyway, but I do agree Smash 3 Mewtwo looks really good! Certainly better than his PM model.

Mewtwo needs to stay low tier. Let people think he's weak, I mean, then only the true fans can unlock his true potential.

Well 2 things


1 he thinks theres going to be no direct aince this is the semifinal week beforw april.

2 as for the low tier thing, im sorry i just find it impossible for that to happen. Due to what happen to almost all of the previous low tier characters (the most particual are sonic and ganandorf)

Don't a lot of people still consider Ganon low-tier, though?
It's just that being low tier isn't nearly as bad in Smash 4 as it is in Melee or Brawl.

Even my guy Charizard can hold his own; despite many people considering him to be one of the worst characters, he's still got an awesome juggle and out-of-shield game.

Regular Ganondorf sucks. His customs are really useful though.
