My faith is only in Mewtwo. She at least answers the many deep existential questions mankind has. Questions such as "Why is there suffering in this world?" That would be because you're an NU and she is an Uber. "What is life?" It is what happens when you are not battling against Mewtwo.

That's what I have in mind, yes. Aside from the 23,24 Def is pretty much perfect. There is just 1 HP less.

But then again, I don't want to spend too much time resetting just to get a perfect pokemon.

I'd say that's good enough. The closest I got to a perfect legendary from resetting is Regice with 31 in everything except like one or two at 30.

I give it a 9/10.

Defense is litterally the only flaw, but its hardly Mewtwo's most important stat, and 24 is still usable. It's also actually better to have low attack IVs on special attackers, since it reduces damage from confusion or Foul Play.

Here's with perfect IVs;
252 Atk Life Orb Deoxys-A Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mewtwo: 260-307 (73.6 - 86.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

...And here's with 30 HP and 24 defense;
252 Atk Life Orb Deoxys-A Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mewtwo: 265-315 (75.2 - 89.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

And finally, here's 0 defense.
252 Atk Life Orb Deoxys-A Knock Off vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mewtwo: 302-356 (85.7 - 101.1%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO

Only a 3% differense at most, and from one of the most powerful attackers in the game. 24 defense IVs is nothing to worry about.

The Wii U version is definitely better to play on for the most part. Especially since I have a wired connection with it.

The Shadow alt. is a little too good for me. As cool as it is, it's too crowd appealing and I'd much rather just stick to the lesser used monochrome color scheme that I've used since I first started playing him...mostly because it was my most requested color and it actually became a thing.

I actually really like his cyan palette swap. I know it's not actually his Shiny palette, but it's the closest thing we've got. Plus, I think it looks pretty cool. In fact, I personally think that it looks better than his actual Shiny palette. I really like the shade of cyan they used for his tail, and I think Mewtwo's purple eyes compliment that color nicely. His cyan palette swap seems softer and lighter, while his actual Shiny palette seems very bright and sharp, and I personally prefer the former traits. That's just me, though.

I'm torn between OG, shiny and pink - pink because it sort of looks like Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow.. though closer to Yellow. But odds are I'm sticking with shiny Mewtwo.

If you read Mewtwo's trophy description carefully, you'll realize that the creator's intent was never for Mewtwo to be a defensive character, he was supposed to be a tactical rushdown character hence the "If you're willing to risk getting in close, it might be worth it!".

If you read the trophy description MORE carefully, you'd see that phrase comes right after describing how light
Mewtwo is, so it most likely refers to the opponent being rewarded for closing in on Mewtwo and preying on his
relative inability to swiftly counterattack.

Shadow Mewtwo and Blue Mewtwo are among my favourites in the game alongside Shulk's Seven, Dunban, Reyn, Melia, Sharla and Heropon Riki skins. Also the Kirito and Anna alts for Robin and the Tiki, Cordelia and Sumia alts for Lucina.
