well i voted for him in the ballot so that does help and on the DQ front I just wanted everyone that wants Goku to be quiet so what a better choice then someone in the DB style but on the Marina Front my luck only works on Old School characters weirdly so Simon Little Mac Megaman werid seeing i didn't grow up in the 80s and have no ties to anyone from the NES lol

I'm not gonna lie: i'm kinda dissapointed it's not Slime and i'll be kinda let down if they don't use Erdrick's modern design (the one with brown hair). I don't know why, but i like Eight more than Erdrick, despite me never playing DQ8 and only a portion of DQ3 like 2 years ago.

It’s highly unlikely Bird Studio would have any problems in the first place, but even if they did and the scenario you propos ehappens, the competitive community would likely just come to an agreement to ban Erdrick. See brawl MK. The backlash would likely also cause bird studio to stop being strict too.

Pretty sure I explained that my absolute lad. Shueisha is likely who’s causing problems for DBFZ, shueihsa has no involvement in DQ, so Smash probably won’t run into problems.

You're allowed to dislike DQ (I'm neutral on the series overall).

But if you're going to make arguments against it constantly, especially ones with very little supporting them, you're gonna annoy DQ fans and even non-DQ fans, like myself.

I love Castlevania as a series now and glad that Simon made it into Smash Bros.

Even more so as someone who has fond memories of playing Monsters Joker on DS and DQ8 on PS2.

If you play through 5 or 8 it's really hard not to fall in love with the franchise and see why there are so many fans worldwide. I remember before I played through 5 (my first DQ game) I thought the series was some Dragon Ball spinoff, but I was met with something entirely different and special.
