Eh, housing with the community kinda isn't an option. My family is going, and while I don't think my Mom would mind staying at someone else's place, there's no way my little brother will be "tolerable". Carpools to No Koast can pick me up in Denton (seriously less than a minute off of I-35)... that means you'll be less cramped for half an hour, give or take, depending on where you start.
