Hearing a remix of this with real instruments would be amazing.
A remix of a remix? Next level.

Generations has that one amazing Battle remix I've been saving for a video.

Just thought I'd share a vid about something I found with green shell!
If you try zdropping it out of the peak of your spin dash jump it'll shoot out like some kind of bullet. Works with both spin dashes!

In terms of buffs, Sonic shouldn't need any. He'd be practically perfect to play if not for so many people fixating on Spin Dash. :131:

The only gifts I would care about are any of the Shantae games, Freedom Planet, the will to drive on my own, and especially a tight, solidly developed Sonic game for next year.

Was playing some FG today and two people in a row changed their names to "KILL URSELF" and then "NERD" after I won. It must be a sign...

On a serious note, people on FG really really don't like Sonic. And I'm not even sure if they know why anymore, because I'm not playing campy in the least. In fact most of them suck so I can basically just rush them without much consideration for what they're doing at all. Salty idiots.

For Glory is Cancer.... Seriously..

Do you guys think that Sakurai will add downloadable music? If so i'd love for some more music from the Blue Blur.

A remix I honestly really want is a remix miss of Apotos Windmill Isle (Day) from Unleashed. Man, that was such a great song.

4. SOME BUFFS FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!
TO be honest, the only buffs I think Sonic really needs is improve sweetspot or Knockback on Dair and more kill power to B throw again. And if possible, just a bit more power to his front hit Dsmash.

Sonic Unleashed had few fantastic tracks, like Windmill Isle Day, Cool Edge Day, actually, almost every Daylight BGM.

Guys, I'm back.

Unleashed was amazing. soundtrack was great, gameplay was great, levels were great, graphics were great. One of my favorite Sonic games ever (assuming we're talking about the hd version).

I thought this was a really good Sonic Montage! :4sonic:

Also I'm in love with this song.. I wished this song was in the game!

We do not talk about the Werehog levels....
I honestly didn't mind them. Though the thing I hate the most is that out of everything the could have made Sonic into, they chose a werewolf. A ****ing werewolf. What the hell were Sega thinking?

And just goes to show that Sonic is still a bad***:4sonic:

What about the Werehog levels?
On HD, they were a bit too long and balancing on those spiky balance beams was annoying, but overall the combos you could pull off were pretty badass and there was a lot of exploration to be had with medals, cds, and books

It's maybe because I only played it on Wii, but Werehog levels felt a bit off...
Poorly designed, pretty repetitive, beat them all with slight variations and a shallow roster of enemies... A lot of interesting exploration, sure, and mashing buttons/waving the Nunchuck was fun AF, but still didn't quite make it for me.

Since unleashed was my first Sonic game (I was born in 2002! Don't kill me) I actually like it. Since it was my first Sonic game, I didn't know what to expect and I didn't know what Sonic games supposedly had to be like. So I like both the day levels and werehog levels. I'll eventually try out the PS3/Xbax360 version.
And if you think Sonic is too slow in the Wii version, you can always use this.

I remember the Wii Version of Sonic Unleashed. I put so much time into this game when i was little with my cousin! I played all 3 console ports! I disliked the werehog levels though!

Definitely an eye opener when Unleashed is a nostalgia inducing game for some.

I'm getting old. :applejack:

Dude, my nostalgia comes from this bad little boy:

A Game and Watch-like toy, six different levels, including a water one, and Six different Eggman Robots. Amazing game.

Yeah, they were a big long

Sonic Rush was my first Sonic game (though I never completed it and unfortunately sold it ;-; ) but I manage to rent Unleashed and I found it very enjoyable, even the Werehog levels to a degree. Though I'd imagine the HD version were better.

Sonic Adventure 2: Battle was my first Sonic game. I loved it so much that I eventually went on to play nearly all the other ones out there. I have mostly positive memories of all of them.

Still haven't touched Boom or '06, though.

Sonic's not even broken or cheap in my eyes. Yeah, he's easy to pick up, but you need to know what you are doing with him in order to get good results. If you suck with him, Sonic is one of the easiest characters to read and take out.

Sonic people! I'm attending a fairly large Smash event in a couple of weeks and for Doubles I'm teaming up with a Sonic player. I'm a Shulk player and I'm trying to think of ways we could actually work together instead of just doing what we normally do which is just running around and trying not to hit each other. I've been looking into things Sonic can do to help Shulk's game - Sonic can take on the quick characters Shulk struggles with, Sonic fthrow->Shulk uair throwing people into Back Slash, and so on. But you people will know Sonic's game better than me: is there anything that you think Shulk could do to help out Sonic?
