Yeah, see? It's not that I don't want it to succeed. I do, but it just looks like a yawnburger with a side of snores so far.

I'm just waiting for SEGA to go back to the way they were with the Sonic Adventure games or maybe a new addition to the Storybook series. I doubt it will happen for a while, but I think it will eventually.

I've always been skeptical of Freedom Planet because it looked like the personification of all Sonic OC's and rip-offs... But it's only gotten praise so... I dunno. Maybe.

Fire and Ice will probably be very okay. Not great, not bad. Much like the previous 3DS game.

I actually got to meet with the devs for the game at Pax South when I went earlier this year. I totally nerded out, and one of their devs and I went on a huge rant about classic Genesis 90s games. Easily the highlight of that trip.

Then they had this challenge were you had to beat the demo in 15 minutes (the first level is REALLY long if you don't know the layout), but since I played the demo to death like, 2 years prior, I destroyed it. The game still threw me for a loop though. It changed SO MUCH since I played the demo back in the day. Back before they even did their kickstarter.

If you think they look OCish now, you should've seen it back then.

I ended up getting two posters signed by all the devs because I set the record for that whole weekend. It was so ****ing awesome. Then I found out it was coming to WiiU, so I'm holding my breathe so I could buy it then.

*Has insane bosses like Gunstar Heroes
*Has smooth animations like Vectorman
*Puzzle design like Ristar

Even has a silly, weird story, but I just play the game.

Yes, some weeks ago I decided to download the demo and as I was playing I was thinking exactly:
1- This is pretty good!
2- lol This is sort of a rip off because it is.... exactly like Sonic, but different. But good different.

Might buy it if it goes on sale.

I'm so jealous. Imagine sonic if he still had this juicy salt inducing bthrow...like it was the perfect answer for those ****ers who are afraid of sonic and run/roll to the corner of the stage and hide in shield because they're bad and don't wanna learn how to fight sonic.
