Yeah, it is a little unfair to see how weak Sonic's Bthrow is when compared to others (i.e. Toon link's) Just wished they would buff ever so slightly.

A. Go to the gym every now and again like I do
B. Build his own treadmill or exercise bicycle
C. Go on a diet that doesn't include burgers
Or D. Get some training to look 20% cooler.

I've been thinking a lot about this lately, but do you guys think Sonic is overhated? Even though the franchise does deserve its criticism of being inconsistent in terms of gameplay style and quality, people overblow their hate to ridiculous proportions. I may hate a good deal of Sonic games, but the franchise isn't godawful like some people like Egoraptor make it out to be. After the Rise of Lyric situation, we're back to where the franchise was after Sonic 06; people hating Sonic and saying that he's dead. Rise of Lyric was bad, but it's a spin-off game, and Sonic spin-offs have never had the best history.

Let's hope that 25th anniversary game is good so people would shut up about Sonic being "dead."

I don't think that Sonic is a dead franchise, but the fans and Sega aren't helping it. I honest really hope Sonic can get back onto his feet as I have only play a few of his games and already I love him. Serious, he is so much better than Mario! Your right though, Sonic has had bad games (06 and Rise of Lyric) but the thing is, which gaming franchise hasn't and also the Boom series is a spin off (though if Sega keeps going the way they do with it, it may as well not be). I just really want Sonic to come back to the glory he deserves.

Hey Sonics, I just read in the Pit thread that apparently the reason why there are no Sonic Remixs in SSB4 is because if Sega didn't do them, they wouldn't allow any. Is that true?
