Edit: Even if Greenstreet does leave, you have the third post there ROOOOY!, even if nothing new gets updated, we can still continue the matchups, and also when he does return I'm sure he'll be able to fix some things. I just hope that he will be able to find some offtime for that, I read somewhere he was gonig to be really busy later in life.

Yeah, Some threads need stickies, and some stickies need to be removed. We could get this one stickied. We can use it as teh boards general discussion thread or something.

ROOOOY!, you have a trhead worthy of being stickied, and that's the moveset discussion.

If Camal is willing to keep the stage thing alive, that will serve a nice thread as well.

I think that if someone can just copypasta my format, the matchup discussion should be easy to continue, what with you owning up in the 3rd thread. As long as someone claims the top of a page when necessary. but we'll see what others think.

Tournament Results Thread :- Keep for now. If Memphis does not return, then myself or whoever wants to will remake the thread with new updates.

Toes' Guide :- Keep. There's some pretty useful stuff in there, gameplay mechanics as well as Sonic related things.

Sega Vs Everyone :- I'd probably prefer to see Greenstreets match-ups thread in place of it, but then with him leaving us for some foreign country at some point soon it's going to fall into disaray. So I dunno.

Please report all spam you see :- can go away lol. It's ridiculous that it took a massive thread necromancy project to get the mods to acknowledge our existance.

Teh Umby's Links :- Keep. He'll be back, he'll miss me, I'm sure.

Kuja's guide is waaaaaay outdated. Put the fond memories to the side for a second and realise it's probably not going to be too helpful to anybody.

I wouldn't want to be actually doing the proper format for it though, like filling out all the "how to win" sections and stuff.
It'd be too much work if I were to do that, and take charge of the Tournament Results thread, and be doing my Moveset Thing (which is going to evolve into a little playstyles guide once I've been through all the moves.)
God, then there's the Thread Index Zone to delegate to somebody if Umby's properly gone.
This is what happens when we scare all the people who do the work away, lol.

Memphis was in charge of the tournament results thread...if he will come back that's one thing less to worry about. Although I've stated before that that kind of thing is more of a privelige than a necessity.

And yeah that's what I mean ROOOOY!, just keep the index up, and it should be fine. If people care enough, they will read the discussion.

Finally a thread index really can't be too hard to manage, just post links to threads and that's it. I could do it, it's just that easy.

Edit: Listen to Green, Chis. Although we won't ever let this board die, it's getting close right now. Good news is that it won't get any closer than yesterday. Bad news is it IS going to take a helluva lot of work, but if we see this through, it will all be worth it.

I think it would be better if we got Greens Matchup trhead instead. I haven't checked out the one stickied yet but I have a feeling Greens' is already better.

How would you feel if someone based their matchup discussion after playing someone who absolutely sucks against Sonic, or if someone tried to base matchup information based on fighting a CPU?

Don't put others in that position.

By intelligently and understandably posting your opinion, you can help tonnes. We are on Pikachu atm and if what you have to say is relevant and useful, it will be quoted in the summary for Pikachu..

But please don't post if you are not versed well in this matchup, that will only hinder discussion.

Okay so it's a 40-60 for the Sonic and Pokemon Trainer team-up agreed anyone?

I just finish practing with meta knight and I discovred who to stop his tornado if you some how hit meta knight in the middle in the tornado it will stop meta knight in his tracks but remember this is difficult to do.

^ a bit late. Seriously, everyone knew this already. The problem is getting attacks to land on the tornado. Homing Attack isn't very reliable if Tornado is moving.

To I think Sonic has an advantage to Wolf because wolf is not as fast as fox or falco and for some weird reason wolf has one of lowest attack power in the game and compared to the other star fox fighters his power is low but I do admit wolf has some skill with his ablity to dair but all you got to do is dodge it then stick to wolf in close combat and if wolf use's wolf flash dodge it and take advantage of the opportunity personally I get wolf of the edge with one of my throws and then keep interupting is recovery until wolf has enough damage to ko him or he makes a mistake with his recovery move all doesn't recover to the stage plus Sonic has a better recovery than wolf and that's why I think Sonic has a advantage over wolf.

Man I remember a captain falcon did a reverse falcon punch that I did not see coming those programers are getting more elusive...

..... Reverse Falcon Punch was advertised on the dojo for goodness' sakes. By a computer learning, it'd be more amazing if a CPU did Mortar Slide, or ASC cancel, or did anything like a player would after having a player perform it against them.
