this game looks like epic fail. at least unleashed looks like a descent sonic game, i mean come on, he doesnt even have his speed in this game. just a stupid sword. this could be the worst sonic game yet.

even though Shadow the Hedgehog was a complete failure, I actually look forward to using Sonic with a sword, why?, because to tell you the truth my weapon of choice had always been a sword which I like, here's to hope this is true, and not some fake image photoshooped by some idiot.

Stamping your library books.
Some did ignore it, but others (like myself) just think it's a lame excuse for a lame concept.

Even if a sword makes more sense in the time period he's supposed to be in as opposed to his own time, it still NEVER makes sense for Sonic to be swinging a sword around because it just isn't in his character.

Even if we threw Mario back into medieval times, and everyone there was using swords, would you want Mario to pick one up and start hacking?

Trick question — It doesn't matter what you would want Mario to do because Nintendo would NEVER put Mario in that position. Because it's a dumb concept to begin with.
Mario should totally weild a plunger in his next game.

No one ignored it, I chose not to respond because...there's no reason to respond. It's not okay, because it's still another BS Sonic game. Secret Rings was awful, why would they make a sequel?
How was SR awful in any way? Sure, it wasn't really phenomenal, and was pretty annoying at times, but it's pretty much the only half-decent thing Sonic Team has cranked out in years, and was pretty much god compared to the abomination known as Sonic '06.

But thats Off-topic. If this game plays like Secret rings(albiet, without the annoying missions, and more actual levels), and the sword doesn't get to much in the way, then SatBK does have some potential, even if it's small.
I guess I should look forward to this game, considering that I pretty much lost all hope in Unleashed with that werewolf Beat-em-up BS.
