Not going to lie, now that Banjo is in Smash...
I really want a new Banjo game, or at least one of them ported to the Switch.

You and every Banjo-Kazooie fan haha.

At the very least I hope Microsoft and Rare take advantage of this opportunity to capitalize on Banjo's popularity after sitting on him for a decade.

All I can just say is that despite being only already half the year being done. Its so far has been one of the best.

Last year was great when we got bothandbut this year tops it all with not only my most anticipated film I've been waiting for five years for which was worth the wait and what I wanted in a film Godzilla 2 but just Banjo being in Smash completing it all.

I couldn't ask for anything more at this point.

It's been a killer year for movies (as a nerd)

The reason I think its unnecessary is because I felt the series ended perfectly with 3 as the trilogy it is. Again just my opinion that's just me. Anyone is allowed to disagree otherwise though.

The reason they keep getting love is 100% nostalgia, but because they got that love, they are now "relevant" again

That doesn't take away from the fact that Kanto is **** only kept afloat by nostalgia and a handfull of good Pokémon

From my three favs, Sandshrew, Camerupt and Beheeyem, 2 are most definitely doomed

I wouldn't be shocked if Camerupt returned, it did get a Mega. Sandshrew comes from Gen 1, so of course it'll be back.

Banjo was one of the last characters that held some childhood nostolgia for me. I'm not sure who else I'd pull for.

I guess Crash, Spyro, Gex are some of the 90's stars that I remember and would enjoy seeing

Gotta keep the hope strong Pumpkaboo. Seeing many Layton fans coming out of the woodworks and rooting for Layton today was such a wonderful thing to see for me.
I think the problem is that Layton fans are just too silent for the Prof. I think we should really try and get them to become more vocal for his support. Like fans of other characters.

The support is there, the fans are just too pessimistic. But I guess that's just my opinion.
