Can we talk about how I’m far from home:
Mysterio pretty much won. He’s likely still alive, faked his death, ousted peter as his killer, framed peter for his crimes, and in the public died a hero’s death. So that if he comes back he might actually gain the public’s respect and trust.

Jake did a damn good job playing him and that ending was insane.

Okay so here we go (might be a little long since there's some plot spoilers)

Valentina - a otter. She is a big fan of the Mario Bros and has always wanted to dream of adventuring with them and trained to become a master of martial arts after a person dressing up as Mario encouraged her to follow her dreams. But that wasn't her only dream. She wanted to work alongside Peach as one of her guards and there are not many female guards. When the Mario gang stopped at the dojo, her heart stopped and the massive fangirl inside of her unleashes. Peach feels uneasy around Valentina being near Mario at times due to getting an idea that Valentina has a huge crush on Mario. But Valentina has proven that she's more than a pretty face and a master of martial arts. She also has some first aid/healing training and became a powerhouse. She even became the main healer of the team whenever Peach isn't in the party.

Javier - a monkey. He was training in the jungle wanting to become the boss of his group of monkeys (unrelated to DK and Diddy) when his members were taken captive by a group of thieves. Luigi was the first person Javier saw that came to his aid and looks up to him like a mentor in a way even though Luigi has moments where he just freaks out. To further his training to become a better person and leader, Luigi took Javier under his wings and Javier grew to his own person although he has moments of being immature since he is the youngest member of the group. Javier also wears various colors of green with drawings of thunder and lighting, honoring his idol and mentor. Luigi also encouraged Javier to attend a dojo to further develop his skills, including becoming proficient in welding a bo staff, one that is incredibly rare for anyone to weld which impressed Luigi.

Kenta - a human. He trained in the secrets of the ninja arts and an assassin. His job was to kidnap the princess of the Mushroom Kingdom and deliver her to his boss, who then tells Kenta what his true plans were with Peach. Kenta, who was a loyal member of this group and is one of the higher ups under the boss, decided he was to turn against this family and take Peach back to her own people. Kenta's background focuses a lot on his history to where he was today (think of Sheena from Tales of Symphonia or MCU's Black Widow in a way) where he feels the conflicts of helping and killing. Traveling with the Mario gang helps him distance himself from his former past and he is forced to make a decision that will impact many people in the world.

Chip - a cat. She is a master of powerlifting and shown brute strength in competitions, strengths that could rival Wario's or even Donkey Kong's. She also works part time as a member of the lumberjack crew, with her weapon of choice being an ax and occasionally hammers and claws. Forced to grow up at an early age to provide for her younger twin sisters Pounce and Snip, Chip has a tough-as-nails attitude giving zero ****s at times what people think. Mario's group allowed Chip to join them on their quest after helping a member of their team from a tree injury that took them awhile to rest and recover. Chip's sisters begged her not to leave because they still aren't ready on their own, only for Chip to inform them that they are moving to a safer place where no one can harm the two cats after an incident forced Chip to ask the group to join them on their quest. Ironically for a cat, Chip loves getting dirty and in the water which confused people and animals alike. Chip and DK often butt heads due to their strengths, and even goes as far as the two having feelings for one another.

Rosalyn and Thistle - humans. They are best friends growing up, almost to the point where they could be passed as twin sisters at times. Both of the women were trained in the army, both specializing in different weapons. Rosalyn being a close ranged fighter with a rapier while Thistle enjoys the long ranged fighting of a bow and arrow. Rosalyn has a pet Sandshrew, a usual creature living in the Mushroom Kingdom world yet found out the two were from the Pokemon world, something that many of the Mario members know of and the others members unheard. Thistle is the logical one of the duo while Rosalyn it the tactile member of the group, allowing them to develop strageties in the battlefield and use for combos. The duo were given a top secret mission from Kanto, one that is confidential to anyone in their group other than Kenta by accident thanks to Kenta and Thistle's romance blossoming.




As far as Ludwig goes?

MAJOR SPOILERS
He was removed from the next in line of the Koopa throne after Bowser was killed by a bigger villain that the Mario gang ever faced who in the main villain of the story. Bowser Jr. took over as the King of Koopas and the two conflicted. Ludwig lost a battle to Junior and was blacklisted from the Koopa Kingdom, with his siblings no longer call them their older brother, making Lemmy the oldest. Ludwig eventually clashes with the Mario gang and decided to join forces with them. Think of how Bowser was from when he joined Mario, Mallow, and Geno in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. At first, the gang were cautionous sharing plans with Ludwig, feeling that he is a spy for the Koopa Kingdom. After nearly dying saving a member, the gang placed full trust in Ludwig and becomes a official member of the team and at times, a second in command. Ludwig advised the group to give him a code name so people in the Koopa Kingdom won't recognize the name Ludwig, taking in the codename Jay. But Ludwig's agenda wasn't about the throne now: it was about getting revenge on his so-called family members for what they did to him.

Hope that helps in a way. While I have the game written down in my head, I haven't really put anything down on paper yet.

The Shield is so ****ing good. I can't believe I waited this long to watch it.

I've already kinda seen most of the "big American dramas" like Breaking Bad, the Wire, and Sopranos, but I had no idea I was sitting on the beast that is the Shield. Four seasons in and I can't get enough of it.

I'm sure nobody here will reply to this quote but I just had to tell someone.

I wouldn't be surprised, honestly. Joker was released in a similar shadowdrop, although he actually got an explanation for his moveset.

I wonder, which days of the week did Plant and Joker drop, anyway? I wouldn't be surprised if "Thursday Theory" or something similar becomes a thing (if I haven't made it just now).

I think they intentionally made it ambiguous whether or not Mysterio survived in case Jake was ever interested in coming back. Though methinks it would be hard to fake his death since the authorities would almost certainly collect a body.

They literally did it in the same game, final boss Ganondorf has a whole rug as a cape but 7 years ago its like his mom super washed his cape and it shrunk
