I never had Wii U or MM1, so I'm having to learn the basics first, but liking it from the brief messing around I've been doing in the different styles and themesSo... Mario Maker is out today, right?
How are y'all enjoying it?
I wish I could buy it, lol.So... Mario Maker is out today, right?

Is it coming with the stylus?I'm still waiting on my physical mario maker copy
Somehow I never see Prosafia on my youtube feed, so I prevent their spoilers most of the time.“Oh, boy! I can’t wait to go into Story Mode blind!
Profasia Gaming has a spoiler in the thumbnail.

No, the north american copies don't have one. I've got a few 3DS styluses hanging around that I can use though. Not a super big deal for me anyways, I'm more interested in playing levels than making them.Is it coming with the stylus?
That’s a fair way to play the game too.No, the north american copies don't have one. I've got a few 3DS styluses hanging around that I can use though. Not a super big deal for me anyways, I'm more interested in playing levels than making them.
having played it for 6 hours in handheld, i'll also say that a stylus isn't really necessary - the game feels much better using your finger than i was expectingNo, the north american copies don't have one. I don't really have any grievances playing without a stylus anyways, its how I played TWEWY. The switch touchscreen is a lot better than it looks.having played it for 6 hours in handheld, i'll also say that a stylus isn't really necessary - the game feels much better using your finger than i was expecting
You are beyond lucky.Somehow I never see Prosafia on my youtube feed, so I prevent their spoilers most of the time.
Pretty late, but I could see Castlevania working well enough to have one. Especially with the side scrolling elements most frequent in the earlier titles. At least I would prefer that more, and Simon wouldn't be the only playable characters. The bosses would be about what you would expect.Speaking of a hypothetical Zelda maker, what other games would you want to see have a “maker”?
Kirby maker? I’d honestly like to see a Kirby gameplay with level design that increases the difficulty.
F-Zero Maker? You could make your own machines and race tracks. Oh wait we already do both of those in games before, please bring back F-Zero .
Pokémon maker? Would be amazing, but I could never see Gamefreak giving it the ok.
Star Fox Maker? If they somehow figure out a way to make 3D assets be easily placed, the arcady gameplay would actually lend itself to a level designer.
Everyone wants to make something evil at this point, and I have no problem with that. After dabbling in Mario Maker 2... I know what I must do...
Create the most evil underwater Mario 3 level possible.
3ds Styluses have the hard tip, right? They won't work on the Switch screen; it's different touchscreen tech. No, the north american copies don't have one. My Guy if we don't get a Metroid Maker real soon I'm gonna kill a manSpeaking of a hypothetical Zelda maker, what other games would you want to see have a “maker”?

I had fun with the first one but I don't really see any reason to buy the second one. I can't imagine that there's much difference and the novelty already wore off for me.So... Mario Maker is out today, right?

I just want a new metroid in general. I'd kill for one; it's my favorite Nintendo franchise, although Zelda often swaps spots with it or is tied.My Guy if we don't get a Metroid Maker real soon I'm gonna kill a man
It actually has a ton of new features, and I'm having a blast with my copy. But I get what you mean.I had fun with the first one but I don't really see any reason to buy the second one. I can't imagine that there's much difference and the novelty already wore off for me.
hope others can enjoy it though.
Power to you. If I ever find myself without much to do perhaps I'll give it a go.I just want a new metroid in general. I'd kill for one; it's my favorite Nintendo franchise, although Zelda often swaps spots with it or is tied.

Oh? How so? There's always higher places to reach, new experiences to have.Waking up in the morning gets harder the more I realize that my life has reached its pinnacle.
Yup, no worries lol.Power to you. If I ever find myself without much to do perhaps I'll give it a go.
I feel your pain. I'm not waiting for Dragon Quest Builders but something I'm excited for is coming out on the 12th, it's gonna feel like the longest 14 days ever. All I want is Dragon Quest Builders to show my creativity and I havr to wait 14 days for that
Prime 4 is comming out... Eventually... I think...I just want a new metroid in general. I'd kill for one; it's my favorite Nintendo franchise, although Zelda often swaps spots with it or is tied.

Prime 4 feels more like a myth than an actual game at this point. Who knows when they'll next drop information about it, could be next E3 or one years from now lol.Prime 4 is comming out... Eventually... I think...
I just try to be hopefull
I am litterally crying right nowPrime 4 feels more like a myth than an actual game at this point. Who knows when they'll next drop information about it, could be next E3 or one years from now lol.
if I could sad react, I would.I am litterally crying right now
Same, but honestly I'm glad they restarted development instead of pushing forward on a build that apparently wasn't great. I wouldn't be surprised if they reused assets from the failed start to speed up things.Prime 4 is comming out... Eventually... I think...
