Not to mention that by making her leggings stick out due to the pleasant colour contrast, you draw attention to the thighs and have a hornier energy than bare legs, which was clearly the intention.

Yeah, I suppose that's one way of looking at it.

Gonna ask you and my friend Lamperouge here. Do you guys think fanservice works best if it fits the characters personality? Just been thinking about it.

Fanservice can work if being scantily clad fits the character's personality, yeah, but I think we can all admit that a majority of the female character designs in XC2 happened because the artists were feeling horny while on the job (still love the game to death).

It typically doesn't bother me much unless it's being thrown in my face every few minutes, though.

And why should they? They still get money from the cards and the anime so there's no point in making fantastic games if the other 2 sections of the series are doing well

I'm not sure if the corporate overlords at TPC see it this way, but I see one big reason they should care about the quality of the video games. They're the source material those others are based off of.

I suppose that if they reached a point of now return the anime and card games could break off and start making their own pokemon, but as it is right now there's also just a ton of cross promotion between those three branches. The success of the game series helps feed into the success of the anime and card games.

If TPC is wise I think they'll take gen 8's backlash seriously when creating gen 9. Even if Sword and Shield did well financially, the game series' shrinking reputation can have long term consequences.

Can all of my fellow P5 players agree that fourth Palace is easily one of the best? I'd probably say it ranks as my second favorite one with the sixth Palace being at the top.

You mean the piramid? I love that one, it reminds me of Sonic adventure 2, which is my second favorite Sonic game.

Well they COULD do that, but something tells me they wont.

If stuff like Lets go and Ultra are anything to go by I think their content with being mediocre games wise.

Now granted, I am a bit biased since it's associated with my favorite character and the theme for it ****ing slaps, but it's one of the few palaces where I'm consistently engaged while playing through it.

I will defend Let's Go because it was made clear that it was made to capitalize off the new Go! fans, and ease them into SwSh. Nothing more than a distraction tbh.

I can't defend Ultra though. Waste of time and resources that should have gone to SwSh.

Weird ass story to tell but I remember the first time watching Pokemon Let's Go trailer.

I was in the middle in a blood transfusion in a hospital private room watching the world cup.
Half time I checked game news and starting watching it.
I was somewhat giddy even though I lost interest in the series.

Man those two weeks were weird as hell.

I only watched a let's play but it reminded of some of the best dungeons in Persona 4. Persona 5 really needed more flawed good people and less irredeemable scumbags. That's what makes Persona characters and their dungeons interesting.

Honestly I've lost practically all my remaining motivation to continue college work because of this.

Definitely got cabin fever now. FFVII Remake dulled it for a few days but that's really it. Probably not the only one.

Same. I've been digging into my video game, art, and music backlog as much as possible. Plus I've caught up with old friends (via text) and am making time to learn how to be a better fighter.

It's what you make it. If you do go insane from doing the same thing over and over, find something else to do and make your own entertainment, you feel?

I only watched a let's play but it reminded of some of the best dungeons in Persona 4. Persona 5 really needed more flawed good people and less irredeemable scumbags. That's what makes Persona characters and their dungeons interesting.

I've seen very little of the other Persona games so I've always assumed that the dungeon/palace owners were typically evil after playing P5. The whole "irredeemable bad guy must be stopped" formula is fine and all, but damn if the pyramid palace ain't a breath of fresh air.
