I'm torn between asking for Ankha from AC or Della Duck from DuckTales 2017I know this isn’t the best time since it’s literally only me and somebody else active right now but I’m really tired and can’t wait any longer so um

just know if you request a non human character then it’s probably gonna be a human version in the end
Also it’s not gonna be black and white I only did that cuz it’s night over here and I didn’t want to hurt anybody’s eyes
And also don’t expect much
I played it for a couple of days and while I was invested, I quickly forgot about it. Like it's cool that the motion controls work so well and I wanted to try different characters but they just don't feel that unique or fun. Just pressing the same buttons over and over to charge abilities and punches and then not doing a whole lot of punching because that leaves you vulnerable. Not a huge fan of most weapons anyway. But maybe my biggest issue are the mini games in grand prix. You have to win them to continue and they have completely different meta than the rest of the game. I actually quit and never continued playing after a skillshot round with Byte and Barq. Because an extra fist isn't broken at all when you need to hit as many targets in a short time as possible. That and he clearly had better arms for that thing.Free ARMS trial ended.
Pretty fun game, though I don’t feel the need to buy it. I’ve had my fill. Though I’m certainly interested in a possible ARMS 2, if that’s what they’re up to.
Hope the ARMS character is Min Min.
Panda can go into this in more detail but
The Sephiroth in Remake is actually the Sephiroth Cloud omnislashes at the end of FF7. He went back in time to mess up Cloud so he doesn't win or some bull**** like that.
It's not an FF7 Remake. It's Sephiroth remaking FF7, and that's what they're selling to their long time fans who waited so long for an actual FF7 Remake.
Tagging @Bolderousness on this one.I just beat FFVII Remake.
WTF are you on about? Unless I somehow missed something that major, nothing in the game suggests a time travelling Sephiroth. In fact, it's the main characters that end up changing stuff towards the end. There are spirits called whispers that actively prevent changes to the story and the final part of the game is dealing with them.
The game ends with saying, "The unknown story will continue" but that was all Cloud and co. choosing to change destiny.
How long did it take you to finish the main story?I just beat FFVII Remake.

Took me just under 40 hours. How long did it take you to finish the main story?
I dunno if I'm too late, but I'd like to see you have a crack at David from Lalin's Curse.I don't have anything better to do, might as well give that 6 character thing a try. Give me characters
I hope there are no leaks because of the fact they have to work from home. We’ve seen how Nintendo reacts to leaks in the past. Any leak could cause them to stop DLC development altogether until this coronavirus situation ends, which could be a while. The Smash Bros. team is working remotely now.

Without playing it, I could have sworn Sephiroth was trying to rewrite destiny, implying time travel.
Guess I was wrong there. It's still a reboot right? That's ****ing bull**** of Nomura no matter what.

So they didn't pull a DQ5: Your Story...
THEY PULLED A ****ING BRAVELY DEFAULT GOD DAMMIT
I agree. I do not want another ERSB leak situation.I hope there are no leaks because of the fact they have to work from home. We’ve seen how Nintendo reacts to leaks in the past. But I’m glad they are taking the steps to stay safe during this unfortunate period of time.
I do. IMO, nintendo should have revealed everyone right away.I agree. I do not want another ERSB leak situation.
But... why?I do. IMO, nintendo should have revealed everyone right away.
Yeah, Id have to agree on thisI do. IMO, nintendo should have revealed everyone right away.
A: It's what Capcom and NRS are doing now, follow the FG Industry Leads and all thatBut... why?
I see you point there. It would be really cool to see what characters are in the Fighter's Pass right way. But after that 6 are revealed, there would be any excitement. Despite the wait, I like the speculation.I do. IMO, nintendo should have revealed everyone right away.
I don't know why people think this. As an NRS fan, even though they revealed everyone straight up, in TEXT even at the end of Shang Tsung's trailer, I was still excited at each new trailer. I was still massively hyped for each gameplay trailer. Heck, there was massive hype at the trailer that just showed us what they all LOOKED like. How could the same not apply to Smash, where every single character is by default a Terminator/Spawn level reveal with an even larger casual appeal than MK. At least over here in America, MK and Smash are the two fighting series with the MOST casual and general audience appeal.I see you point there. I don't agree with this, but I understand where you're coming from.I do. IMO, nintendo should have revealed everyone right away.
but then what would you do for the next year or so? Unless you've played Persona 5, Dragon Quest, Banjo-Kazooie, or King of Fighters, you legitimately have nothing to speculate about. 's game hadn't even been released yet, so nobody can do anything about him.I do. IMO, nintendo should have revealed everyone right away.
Yeah, I like both methods. Personally, I prefer how Smash does it.I don't know why people think this. I understand what you’re saying, except I think it’s different for Smash. It’s always been a huge thing with everybody guessing who’s getting in next. We can still be excited for a character if they were all revealed, but it takes out so much of the excitement of watching the direct which was announced a few days ago to see if one of your favorites made it in. And you get to experience it for every single time another character is added. In your scenario, you get to experience that unique type of excitement once. Then you’re either let down or happy. Either way, that’s all the DLC for Ultimate. That’s it. You waited weeks to find out, and it only lasted a few seconds. It would take away from what Smash DLC is.I don't know why people think this. Yeah. Plus I think there would be a big backlash if all they're characters are not well liked by the community. By relieving theme one by one, you get a mix of excitement and disappointment.I understand what you’re saying, except I think it’s different for Smash. That whole thing hinges on the idea that "what smash DLC is" is a good thing in the first place. For me, that feeling you're describing is akin to torture and I hate it. It feels like they're stringing me along with the promise of "my favorites" only to give me Byleth at the end of it. And that has not been a fun experience.I understand what you’re saying, except I think it’s different for Smash. It’s always been a huge thing with everybody guessing who’s getting in next.
