That's me every time I see someone post something on facebook and gets me somewhat depressed that I'm not doing anything with my life right now. Unsure if this graduate program is worth itView attachment 263477
Literally me right now watching tons of people playing through imported copies of Persona 5 scramble.
I would follow that lmaoIf I made an instagram for just Animal Crossing pictures, I wonder how it would go
damn, now you're maki g me actually want to make oneI would follow that lmao
I legit thought that was a girl at first.ayooo Hungry Clicker drew one of my favorite boys
There was a problem fetching the tweet
The thing about him is that he is weak for most of his game and then gets an OP magical sword and wrecks everything. Which means that in his game he is a liability but in Smash where he just always has his sword, he's just cool and strong.I'm not entirely sure if the fandom "hates" Roy per se, but he's a terrible unit in his own game and his character isn't very interesting.
I can't speak for certain because I haven't played most off those, but lords generally are meant to be pretty standard good people that get caught in bad situations. The games like to focus more on politics and bad guys. Eliwood for example has to deal with a couple of counties vying for dominance, a group of elite assassins that are connected to these creepy probably-human things made by this dark sorceror who is probably pupeting those said counties. And that's with not going too spoilery. The whole Marth clone thing isn't a bad comparison when a lot of FE protagonists basically just copies Marth's personality.
Not kidding. Alm, Seliph, Eliwood, Eirika, and Micaiah all have similar personalities and traits. It's so tiresome a cliche to where they're the worst part of the story most of the time. It doesn't help that they all speak the same way in noble politeness. It's so alien and inhuman.
Here's a fun game. Take generic quotes from all the characters I listed above and have a random fan guess who said what. I bet they wouldn't get it first try.
1. "I am here on a mission... I will not be stopped by the likes of you!"
2. "Under your rule, many people have suffered and died. Now you must face the consequences."
3. "They and countless others, lost to us— tainted by your precious power."
4. "I'm sorry... I let you all down..."
5. "If you are determined to block our progress... Then you shall be moved!!"
6. "How many innocent, defenseless people have you ordered killed...just to lure me here?"
Go on. Take a guess. I'll be keeping track. Answers are below.
1. Eirika
2. Seliph
3. Alm
4. Roy
5. Eliwood
6. Micaiah
Of course. Issue is that I'm a jaded Fire Emblem fan who has seen every game and just know how it all goes now. To a point where you can literally guess the plot if they're a nice guy lord. Like you said, Dimitri is a fresh breath of air because he deconstructs the typical "nice guy" lord I've seen way too many times.I'm not expert of Lord characters to tell which are the better one, but I do know that Dimitri does follow it....and act as a deconstruction of said trope, which is why, among many other reasons, me & other folks love him, but I think one or two Lord characters who play it straight must be good on their own, nah?
Now that's where we differ. I have played most of them. I'm sick of it. Again, cite my quiz. They all sound so similar to where the only thing differentiating them are the contexts they're in.can't speak for certain because I haven't played most off those
Should have gone for Claude. He's definitely the most pure of the lords. The thing about him is that he is weak for most of his game and then gets an OP magical sword and wrecks everything. Which means that in his game he is a liability but in Smash where he just always has his sword, he's just cool and strong.

Imo the lords actually add a nice certainty to the games. ****ed up **** will happen but the good guys will keep trudging on because they are good people with morals and determination. I've been playing Three Houses and that aspect has been missing for me.I picked Edelgard due to her seeming honestly but now I feel like none of the house leaders are completely trustworthy.
I think it's kinda dumb to call attention to the way they speak. They are nobles in a medieval world, of course they have a vocabulary to match.
Also I recognized the Eliwood quote so nice I guess?
Ironically I immediately chose to at least not pick him because he didn't seem very trustworthy.Should have gone for Claude. He's definitely the most pure of the lords.
Oh, cool! There's a Cook-Out near me too, what'd ya order?Tried out Cook Out. It's actually one of the top tier fast foods I've ever tried period. It's a shame it's mostly centered in Southeastern USA and Maryland, cause this stuff doesn't make me feel like trash for eating it.
It's a whole ****ing combo that honestly beats out stuff from big McD's. Speaking of which, I saw a guy almost get tased last night in one. It was hilarious.
I’m personally still thinking Zippo is right and it is next week. Thursday again if I had to guess. Its also the last week of February until we enter the third month of the year and decade.
Assuming no General Direct this week. Perhaps we'll next it next month hopefully.
Well, that character for me would be .You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?

Well if that was the case then I would be a small child currently trying to uncover the mysteries of a darkened creepy laboratory filled with melting, tortured creatures. You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
Dante from Devil May Cry 3? Aside from being stabbed through the chest on a regular basis and getting into elaborate sword fights with my brother, I can't complain. You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
Byleth or Fire Emblem Blazing Blade tactician. Dunno if the latter counts really since it's a sprite that doesn't even change between male and female, doesn't talk and is only talked about by other people. You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
Sonic. You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
Ayyyyy blue humanoid spiny mammal that goes fast ain't too badYou become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
he is funnily enough the most trustworthy of the threeIronically I immediately chose to at least not pick him because he didn't seem very trustworthy.
I'm the princess of Sarasaland in that case. You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
Ah yes. I'm Goku. You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
I've been on break with the series ever since I beat my first route of Three Houses back in July. I'm currently binging Dragon Quest and Street Fighter as we speak.View attachment 263545
You may have a point, but you being jaded of FE mean the flaws are more apparent to you than the goods, which is normal I say, as when you play/watch/read too much of one series, you start noticing all the little things, all the littles problems that with time, combine to make bigger one, and then you just can't enjoy it like you did before.
That, and FE Plot aren't that great most of the time, usually, it's the characters that really make you want to go forward, the plot in itself? It range from "OK" to "Bad" most of the time, (with perhaps a few exception, tho I won't be the one to call which game did it good) and that's not just with the newer games from what I heard & seen. That, and like I said, all the games reuse archetypes of previous characters to make it easier for the writter to come up with big cast of characters, tho it sadly mean that some characters won't get much in term of characterization, and thus they will feel like repeat of characters you already know, making them a whole less entertaining as a result. (Fates for exemple play alot of it's character painfully straight, with little else to them and making flat as a result (or not flat per say, buuut it make it much harder to see the good points about them). While 3H, not always or perfectly all the time mind you, try to add something and/or twist some character archetype to make the characters more unique, such as Dimitri as we mentionned, or Dorothea too, who is played as the fanservice girl who isn't afraid to show off her assets, but contrary to Camilla, actually as reason to act like this, and doesn't go too far to the point of ridiculous fanservice)
All to say is, I can understand you not liking lords characters, since they are pretty vanilla most of the time. I say tho that, if you haven't done it already, you should take a break from FE & play some others games to regain interest in it. I took a break from some series or games before, and once I came back, while it wasn't perfect again, it was much more enjoyable & fun, and fun is what matter most when it come to videogame, doesn't it?
I am now a small purple dragon (that happens to be wearing a spacesuit at this time instead of nothing like he usually does.)You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
Do you have links to the videos? I'd be interested to see what they're like.Been watching videos of potential ideal movesets for my current most wants especially Amaterasu/Phoenix Wright.
Really makes me even want them more now Phoenix especially given how fun he'd be.
Well **** that's ClaudeYou become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
xD Well, considering it would be the guy that I have in my pfp...first, I would feel weird being in a male's body that is sometimes controlled by an spooky ghost. You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
I am now a hero who’s suppose to save the world but is mistaken as a heir-bringer of darkness and is on the run because of it.You become trapped in the body of the last character you took control of in a video game. What is your new life?
