Super Poly is like the only one I don't have a truckload of. I bought a lot of Shadows in Valhalla. >.>
Superpoly is fairly cheap online, $12 can get you a playset of super rare ones from duel devastor.

If your local stores are still selling the reprinted Cyber Dragon structure deck, now would be as good a time as any to pick up what essentially is a core of Cydras.

Personally, I'm not convinced Shaddolls will be 'good', but they'll be fun.

All I'm going to say is, when they won the poll, I seriously wasn't expecting like, what was it 5-6 new cards? Most structure decks give like, 10 nowadays.

And the new uhhh, what's the Shaddoll that Evilswarm Kreykion is? Yeah he's realllll butts.

I like this direction. In the mean time I did a draft with salamander inspired legs, but I'm not super thrilled with how they look.
View attachment 256628Yeah. Those legs really don’t work.
I can't color it because my colored pencils are back at my dorm. But the idea is that he has a mostly blue body with yellow accents and black spots.

The idea with the claws is that they retractable, so that when he needs to rocket through the water he can fold his flippers close to his body and steer with his head crest and tail, but if he needs to fight something he can whip em out and scratch.

It really does look like a first draft.

I think the first things to go will be the lightning bolts and the legs.
I really like the beak and eyes! The design on the torso is cool and does a good job at having the same design language as Jetray. And the flipers with retractable claws is a unique idea and makes sense due to them living on ocean rocks.

Yeah the legs could use some work, but I'm not 100% what should the alternative be. Maybe have the legs be stubbier and have a less wide stance, kind of like how penguins have close together feet.

Oh, right, it was in that. Hm. I might buy another one for the other reprints. I got an extra Cyber Dragon structure too, so it's worth keeping in mind.

Yeah, you're going to have some... stinkers.

Deck'll be low tier at best, really. It always was overwhelming for casual decks to face, but it doesn't stand up to the meta, really. Super Poly is a big deal, though. One that's great against... actually, not even Altergeists matter. They have to run Imperial Order to stop it. Issue is they can negate your effects for free, so... the worst thing is that. Not a fan they left their Kirin at 3, though. That and Secret Village are the only ridiculous cards in the deck. The rest are pretty fair, being stun stuff. Hitting their consistency is nice though.

I really don’t know how to approach the mcu anymore. The last two films really turned me away and I don’t want to purchase Mouse Additional Money in Our Wallets to have to keep up with the goings on of the larger universe. But the upcoming films are using some of my few favorite marvel concepts and characters so.... I really don’t know what to do.
you no like Spider-Man?

I think my main complaint is:

1# They gave them a maindeck Water Shaddoll and a new fusion, both are great.

2# The maindeck Wind Shaddoll is AMAZING... but the Wind Fusion is terrible.

3# The maindeck Light one is baaaaaaaaaaad. There's no reason to run it over the Clown Engine to bring out Construct.

Thank you! I did a second draft. I altered the flipper shape a tad and changed to the Jetray esque feet. I also skimmed down the torso pattern. I also didn’t sharpie this one.

The tail is starting to be a problem area now.

Very true. I'll be running Clowns, though maybe or maybe not. Depends the deck. I have a good few light choices for my MLP deck, at least. Heraldic Beast Unicorn lets me bring back Number 69, and that's nice. It has an awful effect. C69, though... that's pretty damn nice. Hardly as good as Mirror Force Dragon, but generic and super easy to summon.

Ditto here. Totally burned out at this point due to the formula they continue to stick to. Doctor Strange 2 and Guardians 3 are the only ones I'm looking forward to seeing. Might see Spider-Man 3 as well but only because I grew up knowing the character plus my brother will probably want to see it with me.

Yeah that good, it's like a salamander penguin hybrid. It looks pretty sleek and alien. I look forward to seeing it colored in sometime.

For the tail, perhaps you could try to mimic a axolotl tail, seeing as you're going for an amphibian feel,

Oh you weren't joking then huh?

Yeah I probably should had been a little more clearer there. :p
its an honest mistake to have made, but for now we gotta wait until Marvel and Sony give MCU Spidey 3 an official home related name
(Pushes up glasses with middle finger) Um actually, it’s Spider-Man: Homeward Bound, you filthy casual.
I think you meant Spider-Man: Homecooked

I thought it was Spider-Man: Home on the Range, where Spider-Man has to hide out at Hawkeye's farm after the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home, only to run into his new arch-nemesis: The Looter, who has joined forces with Fancy Dan to steal the AI that Tony Stark put into Hawkeye's tractor for some reason.

Ok, so I know we all talked about Pokemon to heck and back, but one thing Game Freak seems to be doing is expanding the concept of the Wild Area, and fans did actually really like the idea.

So do you guys think that sometime down the line, we will get a Gen that's 100% open ended like the Wild Area? Or at least very close to it?

The New Year sale on the E-shop has some pretty good deals. I got the Castlevania collection and Stardew Valley for $10 each, and Megaman 11 for $15.

*sigh*

I haven't been posting much here for the past two or so weeks cause I was making a massive love letter/project to one of my favorite pieces of media from the past decade and I lost all the progress.. I don't really have the inspiration or energy to write all of that again and it's a shame cause it was my favorite post I would've ever made out of all of my accounts and over all of my posts. RIP I guess...

Anyways how's everyone doing?

That sounds discouraging. Sorry, man.

It took me a while, and am little late to the party, but thanks to Disney+ I've finally pretty much caught up with the MCU (still need to see a couple others, including Far From Home) and just finished watching Endgame

about 50% more of pop culture makes sense now

What did you think of Endgame?

Reposted just in case anyone else wanted to read:
I really like the character interactions here, and how you portrayed Daisy's personality. She's bubbly and full of energy, but she's not flanderized to be a total dunce, either. And honestly, Nintendo's not unfamiliar with Getting Crap Past the Radar, so that joke might work in some form in an actual hypothetical game of theirs.

Also that callback to TTYD was funny.
