Luckily I was able to stop at Nintendo Direct "focuses on Nintendo Switch Online" and not have to read any more and get disappointed. Rarely will Nintendo talk much about Online in a Direct, where they mostly drop stuff on Twitter, let alone have enough content to focus on it.

I could see them announcing what the “leak” said in the direct, though only the SNES Online is likely to actually happen anyway, unless their recent cracking-down on copyrighted music (even tracks that were uploaded years ago) can lead to a music service.

I think their recent cracking down on copyrighted music is due to Nintendo being a multi-billion dollar company, and that's what they have chosen to do. I love Nintendo the brand, their games, and the developers, but can't say the same for the company as a whole. This is not too different from them cracking down on lets players a while ago. I wouldn't be surprised if their thinking is "you can listen to our wonderful music by buying our games." Not realizing they could make up any losses by fostering good will with the community, and providing their own services. Even just making a YT channel of "Nintendo Music" would work.

That's a pretty neat leak. Some stuff definitely seems out there, but the MvC thing has been floating around for a while at least.

I would love that for me personally, but I also know the anxiety-inducing nightmare of wanting to know if a character is in or out, and so, for their sake, hope something comes to alleviate that one way or the other. If I truly wanted to avoid leaks, I wouldn't be reading all these forums.

I've heard a lot those rumors before and any one of them coming true would be awesome. I would only question STV coming to other consoles given Sony's exclusivity deal. While I would assume X9 will use 11's engine, end of the year/early 2020 is kind of a weird way to word things (honestly though, given it's awkward history, the X series needs as much time in the oven as it can get).

You ever just stop to think about how underrated and overlooked the Super Mario land soundtrack is? Yeah I'm thinking about that right now and it's a shame as it has a lot of really good songs.

Birabuto Kingdom/Overworld theme (Which is actually one of my favorite Mario songs), Coin room, Easton Kingdom, Muda Kingdom, Chai Kingdom, Ending theme, Etc. It's really overlooked which is a shame.

Super Mario Land is great and that's not even getting into the Sequel.

I think Vergeben has mentioned VJ3, a new MvC and RE3 Remake. MH Switch has been floating around for a few months now as well.

Nice to hear about more ports and remasters of Onimusha and Dino Crisis.
