rey beat justin in their last h2h and outplaced him at that tournament (though justin had more fun)

he also beat blunted object where justin lost to him and won a 'tournament' over zhu

not saying he should necessarily be higher (in my list I had justin higher, though had i remembered lucky beating+outplacing zhu at c2c, i might've put him above them both) but there's a strong argument there and if i were on such a panel i'd be fine with either output

Agreeing with mostly everything said in this thread (Boss is awesome, KFC is a monster, Kira definitely needs to be on the panel), except that California rankings would be difficult to do.

Also, who says we can't still have regional rankings?

im pretty sure phil has more accomplishments that me. and i dunno why i cant help it but i get the feeling that phil and brandon could have played way better than the way they did at Active

i want to play him more, it seems like he knows everything already lol

in any case, stuff like this makes it pretty hard to do a cali-wide PR, but it's pretty **** interesting!
