i wonder why. i hope its not because brawl stopped turning new profit, and they deemed the online service a waste of resources

first thing i got on google was people saying that it wasn't only happening to brawl, but other wii games as well, specifically nintendo ones, not third party games (except for capcom who is apparently having server issues)

anyways they were saying it was likely server maintenance/issues

that was just from skimming so i don't know for sure

so i was reading about brawl at mlg this weekend

and apparently in some match, one guy was using an infinite grab with d3, so the other guy paused the game to ask a ref if that was legal

then the d3 player got the other guy dq'ed for pausing the game

a friend of mine was playing in a bb tourney, and the irresponsible 'official' pool organizer would not stop calling his name. he mentioned offhandedly that my friend would get dq'd. the problem was that my friend was already playing a tournament match. so he got flustered, paused, and yelled im right here. so then he got dq'd for pausing

idk

i also got dq'd in a lol tourney because of GAY RULES

im pretty sure it is, but im not certain. i have the rom, but having problems finding the right plugins. right now, the game skips frames alot, the whole bottom of the game is black, and there's no audio.

are you using pj64k or mupen?

try using the graphics plugin 3d7, 3d8, rice's, maybe 3d6

3d8 will probably work since its the most "advanced" plugin

right now im using pj64k, which didn't work with any of jabos plugins or glide

same thing with 1964

after doing alot of searching, it looks like alot of people are unable to run it perfectly, the HUD is always missing on the bottom and there's nonstop flickering.

im going to see if the dreamcast version works any better, i tried the ps version but i don't like it compared to the other two
