A Tink player at MLG Columbus is the reason I got knocked into loser's so early. I had no idea what to do.

Toon link is tough but all of his pressure is fake

All of his projectiles besides bombs can be canceled with jab. His bombs hurt him so if you're in close range he can't throw it unless he jumps away. Also, when holding a bomb he can't do anything besides throw it, zair and do b moves.

Haha you guys probably have no experience against toon link playing the match-up correctly if you think it's easy. MJG beat lain BADLY and he beat me 3-1, and I have a TON of TL experience, which is why I did better than lain.

He never leaves the ground and just jumps and throws bombs. He can move fast enough in the air to avoid almost everything we do, it's REALLY hard. Almost all of the games went close to time. That is simplified but you really need to play against MJG to see it lol. I've beaten pretty much all the other toon links with ease.

You should just use G&W for TL. It's evenish and a lot less frustrating than ICs:TL at times.
