Gotta get desyncs and just synched play in there too.

Start with F-throw CG, then Dthrow, then Bthrow, then mix it up.

Then maybe hobbling.

No, work on basics first. If you can't fight, you can't survive. That's what actually important at the end of the day. THEN you work on CGs and such. Also, lurk more and only ask questions if you've really hit a brick wall.
