Peach is self-explanatory.
I think of coal and maybe leather when I think of Ganondorf. I don't think he's old enough to smell of old people. <.<
Diddy prolly smells like a monkeyhouse mixed with a rocket house. And peanuts, don't forget the peanuts.

Pikachu- an electrified rat? I really got nothin'.
Luigi- same as Mario + the smell of cobwebs, what with all his traveling inside haunted mansions. All tht Luigi Twister-ing could probably eliminate some of the lesser smells though, but make him sweatier.
Sonic- smells like burnt and worn shoes.

Sonic's feet must stink, but other than that I think he's too fast for any sort of smell to develop.

Luigi smells like fear and dust from being naturally scared of everything that moves and from not being in anything important since Luigi's Mansion. But at the same time, he also smells like success.

He probably smells similar to Mario. I can't decide if he would smell better or worse though. On one hand he appears to be in a bit better shape than Mario. But like others have said, he's easily scared, so he probably sweats a bit from that.

I like what Riolu said; dryer sheets, haha. But he might smell a bit like burnt hair.
SONIC:
I think he smells fine, but his feet would be awful. I'm pretty sure that's the reason we never see him without his shoes on.

Luigi: I can't see why everyone thinks that Mario stinks. He IS dating a princess, so he'd have to look--and smell--as good as possible. Luigi is most likely the same, due to Daisy. (N)

Luigi: Cold sweat and possibly some ectoplasm, if that makes any smell. Also, I hope he smells like LOTS OF SPEGHETTI.
Pikachu: Like your average rodent, but a bit singed. You can litterally smell the static.
Sonic: He probably doesn't sweat, and he doesn't stick around long enough to smell like any enviorments he's in. Thus, he'd probably sell like hair and burnt rubber/shoes.

Here's what I think:
Luigi: Unlike Mario, I'd say Luigi doesn't smell bad at all. But he does have a strong scent of shrooms. Not the average 1-up or red mushroom, but the ones that induces hallucination. Final smash anyone? (N)
Pikachu: Like wet fur and burnt hair. Not pleasant but fairly tolerable (N)
Sonic: He runs all day and, ofen times, under intense heat. Yeah, he's too fast and probably loses all sweat when rushing through the air, but his feet must really stink. And it has never been suggested that Sonic takes a shower. Also, he eats all sorts of junk food which intoxicates the body and makes sweat smell bad. I just insist that Sonic just stinks and has a general scent of perspiration. He would be the worst smellng character without his shoes. (S)

Dedede - Have you smelled of penguins? They freakin STINK. However, D3 doesn't live like an arctic penguin, I guess he would smell rather clean (he is a dignified figurehead, kingly person, so he would try to keep clean to keep up appearances.) (N)
