Hey guys I'm really sorry for the date change, here is what happened

I applied for the venue per usual, the dates that good venues were open DID include 4/04, so I put the paperwork through roughly a month in advance.

Penn usually gets back to me within 2 weeks, but this time it took much longer. My Spring Break unfortunately was last week, so I didn't have time to question what the delay was, so the league went to the administration as soon as we could, which was today.

We were given very few options, the 18th was definitely the best bet, so an executive decision was made. The 4th is absolutely NOT possible, so this is the final date.

I am EXTREMELY sorry for any inconvenience because all of you know that for each additional attendee for SPOC, I gain about 4 happiness points.
