Here are the results of the Job #65 voting:
Kazuya 7
Kirby 11
Dr. Eggman 7
Doomguy 4
Chun-Li 3
Yoshi 5
Bonanza Bros. 5

So that means Kirby is the next character we're adding! Now onto our next job

Job #66: Submit a Moveset for Phoenix Wright
Alright so we're gonna do a moveset for Phoenix Wright now. As always, all you have to submit for this job is the specials and the final smash although you can do more if you want.

Additionally, if anyone has any changes they want to do for Kirby's moveset you can do so now.

Here's my submission for the phoenix wright moveset
His gimmick is similar to Turnabout mode from MvC3 but it's a little different. Basically, he can collect evidence using his down special and he has three evidence slots. The slots look like this, on the very bottom left corner above his super meter:
See the source image

There's a 50% chance that the evidence he grabs will be useless and if so, it'll look dark in his evidence slots. If so, he has to taunt to get rid of it. Up taunt gets rid of the first piece, side taunt gets rid of the second and down taunt gets rid of the third. The more evidence he has the stronger his attacks will be and some moves will change depending on how much evidence he has. After around 15 seconds, one piece the evidence he has will disappear and he'll have to use his down special again to get it back. However, if he has three pieces of evidence they'll all disappear at once instead of just one piece after the 15 seconds. The evidence resets after a KO.

Neutral Special: Take That!/Objection!
See the source image

In normal mode, he will point a finger forward and a large speech bubble that says "Take That!" will appear. If he has three pieces of legitimate evidence, the bubble will say "Objection!" and it will be much larger and do more damage. BTW, if Kirby copies him Kirby will just have the objection bubble

Side Special: Steel Samurai Maya Smelting
See the source image

Maya Fey appears and runs forward, doing a barrage of punches. If done in the air, she will fall and do the barrage while falling.

Up Special: Jump
Pretty much his up special from Smash Crusade without the "hold it" bubb;e

Down Special: Investigate
Starts searching the ground and adds either a piece of legitimate or illegitimate evidence to his evidence slots

Final Smash: Cornered
Literally just his final smash from Crusade only with a few differences:
  • Obviously in HD to match the visual style of this game
  • The part of his speech where he says "no alibi, no justice, no dream, no hope" is taken out and so he just says "the one who actually committed the crime is you, it's time to pay for your crimes, take this"
  • It's an objection bubble that initiates the cinematic
I'd also like to add Waddle Dee, Waddle Doo and Moto Bug as smash run enemies

I really like this move set, though the one thing I would change is Phoenix’s up special having him jump off of a stepladder.

Kirby Enemies coming though
Darkmatter.png

Lesser Dark Matter
A small version of the dark matter boss from the dark matter trilogy, these enemies attack by trying to collide into you with there ramming attacks, they can also shoot orbs of dark energy as projectiles, there main danger however is there ability to possess other enemeis making them stronger as a result, you can exercise them by defeating the enemy they are possesing.

SKC_Mr._Frosty.png

Mr Frosty
One of two minibosses in this post, Mr Frosty attacking by picking up and shoving ice blocks into your direction, they slide across the ground and can push you into hazards or pits, the spiked ice blocks can also freeze you solid with there explosive nature, can get flinched with fire attacks.
KNiD_Bugzzy_artwork.png

Bugzzy
This beetle uses his great suplex skills to try and grapple you, he can use his mandibles to pick you up and do a pile driver, use his arms to grab and do a forward throw, or use his wings to summon beetles to assist him by trying to ram into you.
Poppy_Bro._Jr.png

Poppy Bros Jr
These enemies attack by jumping back and forth throwing bombs at any player nearby, they tend to appear in pairs, hence the name, they can toss there bombs as forward projectiles or in an arch, there is a rare red varient that can disappear and replace themselves with a bomb where they were like a ninja.
Pupupu_Train_Noddy_artwork.png

Noddy
They pace back and forth minding there own buissness, however they will occasionally stop and sleep creating snot bubbles that cause fighter to go to sleep as well if they get hit by them.

I did want to include Zoo Tycoon music, but turns out the two series were never officially related. Shame, the Zoo Tycoon theme is a banger. Either way this series has way more rave music than I remember.

Alright, we’re using the stepladder idea for Phoenix’s up special. Now for the next jobs, I’ll do a couple of stage jobs at the same time…
Job #67: Submit A Halo Stage
Job #68: Submit A Mega Man Stage

For both stages, please submit a location and a stage layout to represent the series.

I’ll do my Halo one later, and I’m going to currently renominate Central Highway.

Central Highway is a notable location in Megaman X, and the layout be the one shown above from Super Smash Flash 2. Unlike the SSF2 version, the left and right platforms would not fall after a period of time.

Here are my submissions:
East African Protectorate (Halo)
1628648788469.jpeg

The area from the beginning of Halo 3. You play in an area that looks like the image, but with a couple of platforms. Some human soldiers and covenant soldiers will appear on the background fighting. Sometimes covenant soldiers will appear and try to attack you

And then I’d like to submit Skull Fortress as it appears in SSF2

For my Halo map, I’ll nominate Solace
1628684379232.jpeg

Solace is a smaller multiplayer map from Halo 4. I’d imagine this map with 4 platforms. The two platforms on the side of the map are walkoffs with a small upward slant towards the center of the map. There would be two central plaftforms, one higher and the other lower than the platforms on the sides. For hazards, soldiers would attack players.

Renominating this for a Mega Man stage.
Robot Master Museum (Mega Man)
View attachment 325303
A stage that's very long across. You would start at the room in the middle with different Robot Masters on display. You can knock opponents into the entry hall to the right, and then into the room at the end, where a random Robot Master will come down if a fighter enters. These Robot Masters will take after their patterns from their games, and mostly try to fight the character knocked into the room, though every combatant can attack them and, eventually, defeat them, after which, there will be a cool-down for the next Robot Master appearance.

Blood Gulch

One of the most famous Halo Multiplayer maps

The stage takes place on top of one of the 2 fortresses, in the background you can see a battle between the UNSC and The Covnant, on the platform you are on you can see soldiers sniping, Gearing up, etc. And rarely you can see 343 Guilty Spark, If Guilty Spark is present The covenant and the UNSC start to fight the Flood as well.

Wily Castle

Wily castle would appear exactly how it does in Smash Ultimate with a few changes, Yellow Devil is significantly rarer and you can see a random selection of 4 robot masters in the background

Is it ok that I still vote for Central Higway since I nominated it before I nominated Solace, and it doesn’t appear from the list of potential maps?

1. Blood Gulch
2. EAP
3. Solace

1. Wily Castle
2. Central Highway unless that was discarded, then my third place vote goes here
3. Skull Fortress

Here are the results of the Job #67 and Job #68 voting:

East African Protectorate 9
Solace 9
Blood Gulch 12

Central Highway 10
Skull Fortress 7
Robot Master Museum 2
Wily Castle 10

That means we’re going to add Blood Gulch, and then we have a tie between Central Highway and Wily Castle. Here’s the strawpoll to break the tie:

Anyways here’s the next job…

Job #69: Submit a Way for Classic Mode Difficulty Settings to Work
So this is a bit of a different job, but for this one I would like you to submit a way for the difficulty settings to work in Classic Mode. There likely wouldn’t be any changes to the actual opponents you fight, just the difficulty. Please submit how many levels of difficulty there would be and how they’re selected. If you want there to be a fight against Master Hand & Crazy Hand instead of just Master Hand, please say at what difficulty level that would happen.

I’d probably make it similar to the ones from 64 to Brawl where you can select from five difficulties (very easy, easy, moderate, hard, intense). I guess if you play on hard+, we can add Crazy Hand as a part to the Master Hand fight.

Alright so looks like we currently have a tie between central highway and wily castle in the strawpoll. I’ll do what I did last time then and remove my vote. My vote was for wily castle so that means central highway will be added to this game.

Now here’s the poll for classic mode difficulty. Please vote for whichever difficulty setting system you think should be added:

I’ll probably start Job #70 in a couple hours.

Job #70: Submit a Character Who Debuted in the Late 90s
Alright, here's our next character job. For this one I would like you to submit a character who debuted from 1995 to 1999. Please submit the character and who they are, explain a bit about how you think they would fight, and why they should be in this game.

PaRappa the Rapper

From Sony's landmark 1996 title of the same name, PaRappa is a hip hop puppy who's gotta believe - whether it's learning to drive or saving the culinary world from the threat of noodlization he's never going to cut corners in his seeming endless quest to win the heart of Sunny Funny.

PaRappa would almost certainly be a lightweight with swift, paper thin attacks. His special moves would composite in different careers he's taken in different raps, while his non-specials would focus on Master Onion's karate with a few skateboard abilities here and there.

PaRappa is an iconic PlayStation star and a great first choice for a first Sony rep with a huge fandom that expands beyond just Sony fans. Additionally, PaRappa is the founding sire of rhythm games, and one of the very few rhythm games to this day to have a fully developed world and characters, ridiculous as a world where you can go to college for noodles or fax yourself out of Hell can be.

I was going to nominate Cloud, and the I saw my previous Pokemon Trainer (1996) nomination, so I’ll nominate them instead.

I’m choosing the Pokemon Trainer since they are the player character of the Pokemon games. Unlike Brawl ans Ultimate, the trainer would do the fighting. In terms of moveset, the trainer can use their bike, throw rocks, and also use a pokemon to fly on. There would different alts including Red, Blue, Leaf, Ethan, May, and Dawn.

Okay this technically isnt a person but they debuted in 1995 so they count, and if ROB can get in why not this thing
Virtual Boy is Red-dy

Debuting in 1995, this Virtual Boy is a VR headset designed by Nintendo, its distinct for its graphics using Red and Black to cut costs and its commercials that make it look like a dangerous merdourous terminator, unsurprisingly due to those factors it flopped HARD becoming one of the most infamous consoles of all time.

Nowadays however the Virtual Boy has gained a cult following for how strange and wrong the console is (it helps that Jack Bros and Wario Land became cult classics). So putting this into smash would be a cool joke pick.

Due to there being a ton of equally infamous peripherals like the Rollin Rocker and U Force, the Virtual Boy should reference those devices while using its red and black lights as a sort of blinding gimmick, combine that with the personality of the commecials being a terminator like destroyer and you have a good idea for a unexpected fighter.

Gordon Freeman

The silent protagonist of Half-Life, Freeman is an MIT graduate who must battle the forces of Xen and the Combine to save Earth from the alien's wrath. Half-Life is one of the most iconic and revolutionary shooter franchises of all time, and Freeman is no exception to be included. His HEV suit provides as n excellent combat suit.

Freeman would fight with a variety of weapons, such as the Tau Cannon, the Gluon Gun, and the Spas-12 shotgun. All from Half-Life. He could even call Antlions to attack the opponents.
Debut: Half-Life (1998)

If this submission isn’t allowed, I will change it to just Mewtwo.

Job #70: Mewtwo & Mew
E8CB6D08-CC80-4BE0-9267-EE7C6CA2DA65.png

Mewtwo and Mew come from the first generation of Pokémon games (Red, Blue, Green, & Yellow). Mew is known in Pokémon as one of the few mythical Pokémon in existence. It’s even said that Mew’s genetic DNA contains the genetic codes of all Pokémon. Mewtwo is known in Pokémon as one of the powerful legendary Pokémon. Mewtwo was created in a lab to be the most powerful Pokémon in the world, but broke free from their control. Both Mewtwo and Mew are some of the most iconic Pokémon and left their marks on the series.

My idea is that Mewtwo and Mew could work as a duo fighter. In the game, Mewtwo would be the main character you controlled. Mew would act like as Mewtwo’s support. Mewtwo could use a lot of attacks from our universe (shadow ball, disable, etc.). Mew could help Mewtwo with it’s own moves (ex. psychic, barrier, etc.). They could work kinda like Rosalina and Luma from our universe. I think combining both of them into one could make for a interesting moveset.
