ROB special: Boost

ROB boosts forwards, and then you can choose any of the 4 cardinal directions to boost again. Basically Sandy's up special from NASB, and allows an alternative if worse recovery when ROB is out of fuel.

TL special: Skull Hammer

A very slow but very powerful ranged move - reflects projectiles and can give TL's boomerang extra range or make the bomb bigger if he hits it right.

ROB AT: the camera zooms into ROB's eye - once it's inside, every single fighter will turn into a white cube when a hitbox is active, making it hard to tell which moves are being used.

TL AT: Glides above the stage on his deku leaf, and then hops downwards with his sword (like down air) when he finds a victim in range, spiking them.

R.O.B. AT submission:
When summoned, he would spin around the stage (back & forth) and spawn gyros when he stops spinning for while.

R.O.B back special submission:
Stack-up:
R.O.B brings out the colorful five blocks out of nowhere and places them on his body to make himself more durable. When gets attacked while having a brick, he loses it but he doesn't get any damage.
(It also makes him slightly heavier to defend himself and make himself very difficult to throw)

The maximal number of blocks on himself is 5. He can also have 4, 3, 2 or 1 block on his body while activating the special.

Wolf stage: Sabre Wulf

A stage based on the classic ZX Spectrum game. This isn't a direct sprite rip stage, but rather a 3D stage that uses the colour palette of the original game, giving it a ZX Spectrum look without being properly retro. This is one of those "randomised-but-not-really layout" stages that became quite common in 3DS/Wii U with 6 possible layouts - the main element that sets it apart from other randomised stages is that 1. it's quite big, akin to Temple or New Pork, and 2. - like the Bubble Bobble stage, it has enemies that appear in a low quantity. Only the animal enemies appear, not the tribal enemies for hopefully obvious reasons. Only one enemy will appear at a time. Bushfires will also appear periodically alongside the enemies - they can be extinguished with water; wind; and ice moves/items, but also disappear very quickly either way.

music:
Ultimate Play the Game Medley
Comic Bakery
Gryzor
Magical Sound Shower (C64)

Villager stage: Toy Day

The layout of this stage is extremely simple, it takes place outside a Villager's house with trees (represented in yellow) that, while not tangible, cover the foreground. A soft platform (represented in red) passes through the trees, and goes off-stage before returning.

7E3A7684-0E2E-4682-A7C0-B1186290846B.jpeg

A giant present box will fall from the sky right in the middle of a match (based on stock for stock battles and time for timed battles or stage morph) to unveil an item, causing all items and assists already present to disappear and the item shown to appear in every player's hands at once. Items like Stars and Hammers that'd make the game unplayable in mass are not included. In 1v1s Assist Trophies can appear, and with 3 players it can be Pokéball Pokémon! The timing of this hazard makes it, like Toy Day itself, a rare but predictable event worth being excited for. This event also makes the platform go in the opposite direction.

  1. Animal Crossing - Population: Growing! theme (New Remix)
  2. Shampoodle
  3. Board Game
  4. Toy Day (New Remix)

Villager echo: Animal

This echo would have alts from a variety of different residents - none of the major characters would be included (no KK Slider, Tom Nook, Wilbur and Orville, Kapp'n e.t.c.), only regular residents. They have generally better stats, but don't have access to pocket, instead using a generic projectile where they throw bells - you can tap to throw single bells and hold to throw a bag of bells, the prior being like Fox's blaster and the latter being more akin to Mario's fireball.

Wolf echo: Weavile

Faster but weaker than Wolf. Down special is a counter that freezes foes, while neutral special is an ice beam from Weavile's mouth. Up special uses an ice effect while side special remains intact.

Upa
Advanced

Stage: Battlefield Rhythm Rally
Song: Route 1 (Pokemon Red and Blue)
Opponent: Tiny cyan male Villager

It varies on the website. Bulbapedia works fine without that. But I could give it a try next time.

Villager Echo: Villager & Iron Golem

(The Iron Golem doesn't actually do much - It's just part of the name to avoid confusion with the AC Villager.)
  • MC Villager is a little bigger and slower than AC Villager, but also a little heavier and harder-hitting.
  • MC Villager uses a hoe for Side Tilt, but it's mechanically the same move.
  • The Iron Golem performs all of MC Villager's smash attacks, giving them more range and power but also laggier.
  • Forward and Back Air use a Bow and Arrow, but are mechanically the same.
  • MC Villager borrows Steve's grab and pummel. The throws remain from AC Villager, though.
  • Side Special uses a pig instead of the Lloid Rocket - The pig is suspectible to gravity, but is also faster and can do everything else the rocket can do.
  • Up Special serves a more traditional recovery in the air, with the Iron Golem hoisting Villager into the air. However, on the ground, the move becomes a strong command grab with the golem appearing to launch opponents upward instead.
Everything else is the same as AC Villager, but with appropiate Minecraft items visually replacing the original AC items. Overall, the only moves that flatout change are the smash attacks, grab/pummel, and Up Special.

Villager Stage: The Village

This stage's gimmick are the collapsing platforms - For every certain number of stocks taken (depending on how many fighters are in the match), one of the soft platforms break away.
(Credit to Muno for the stage!)

Villager special: Tile Decoration

Villager places down a tile on the floor, with each villager getting a specific design. This forces foes into a jump when they walk over it, allowing you to force them onto platforms where they may be less comfortable; prompt a misinput of an aerial move instead of a ground move; or get a good spot to use up tilt or up smash. The foe can act out of this jump any way they would a normal jump except for basic movement (Left, right, and down. Double jumps can be done though)

Wolf back special: Invisible Mines
Based extremely loosely on the shine mine technique from Melee - though very different functionally (it can't reflect projectiles) - this sets off an invisible mine Wolf had prepared going into the match. Each legal stage has 4 mine points that Wolf goes through in order per stock - with a per-stock cap like Wonderwing, and they will propel foes towards Wolf instead of away from him - it's important for players to memorise these spaces. On non-legal stages the mine count varies, with scrolling stages and most transforming stages having unlimited mines by technicality with how the slots spawn and despawn.

Wolf AT: A version of FazDude's Fox AT, however Wolf flies alone instead of in a team - his projectiles are faster and more powerful, but he covers less range and his Wolfen is very slow.

Villager AT: Villager holds up a sign in support of your fighter. Doesn't do anything, but it's nice encouragement.

All content from yesterday will be used.

Villager's echo will be Animal, while his stage will be (by removing my vote for Toy Day) the Minecraft Village - giving base game players a taste of Steve!

WFT stage: Head Count

This stage is a flat walkoff - it has a house in the middle that covers up the battle. The main trick of this stage is psychological - fake fighters, indistinguishable from their playable counterparts, will walk in and out of the house - hit a fake fighter and they'll disintegrate like nothing. The omega form is just a black platform on a plain white background.

Tutorial (Brain Training) (New Remix)
Xenon Time (Planet Puzzle League)
Level 3 (Tetris CDi)
Level 5 (Tetris CDi)

WFT echo: Wii Fit Trainee

While this character does have a Mii head, they aren't customisable in the same way as the other Mii fighters. They're heavier, slower, and a little clumsier, but much more powerful and can double tap all of their normals

(I should note that my plan for the Miis echoes will be to make new, customisable Mii Fighters built from multiple characters on the roster, and since this submission isn't customisable and only based on one character I'll allow it)

Mega Man echo: Roll

Well duh.

Mega Man Echo: Cuphead

Cuphead takes a glass cannon approach to Mega Man's moveset, being stronger but MUCH lighter. His zoning game actually takes a bit of a hit compared to Mega Man, though.
  • Jab, Forward Tilt, and Neutral Air use the Peashooter, with the Forward Smash using the EX shot variant.
  • Dash attack is a single-hit move based on Cuphead's dashing animation from the original game.
  • Up smash has Cuphead spew bubbles out of his straw, having the same multihit properties as Mega Man's up smash.
  • Down smash has Cuphead fire a Lobber on both sides of himself.
  • Cuphead performs an axe kick for Forward Air.
  • Back, Up, and Down Air retain similar properties, but use the Spread, Twist-Up, and Lobber respectively.
  • Cuphead's grab and pummel are a two-handed grab and a headbutt. The throws remain the same.
  • Neutral Special is the Charge Shot - It can still be aimed in eight directions, but cannot be picked up, pierces through opponents, and gets stronger as it goes unused, like ROB's Neutral Special.
  • Side Special uses a Mini Bomb from the aeroplane levels, acting like Samus' missiles (albeit considerably slower).
  • Up Special remains the same, but uses one of the Trampoline enemies from Funfair Fever.
  • Down Special is the Parry, which reflects projectiles and stuns opponents hit by its small, short hitbox.
  • Final Smash is Aeroplane Antics - A Looney Tunes-esque hole appears in front of Cuphead, with nearby opponents getting sucked in. The cinematic that follows has Cuphead pelt the opponent(s) with gunfire before morphing into a super bomb and ramming into them. The resulting explosion launches opponents back onto the stage, with the screen "tearing" a hole to spit them out; Cuphead then jumps out of the hole and sheepishly patches it back up.
Mega Man Stage: Inkwell Isles

This is a travelling stage which goes through all four of the Inkwell Isles (including the DLC isle and excluding Inkwell Hell). While the central platform always remains the same, each isle rearranges the soft platforms slightly and introduces a small hazard to deal with:
  • Inkwell Isle 1 has Cagney Carnation toss out sycamore seeds like boomerangs.
  • Inkwell Isle 2 has Grim Matchstick spew fireballs across the stage.
  • Inkwell Isle 3 has Cala Maria call in urchins to float upwards from the bottom blast zone.
  • Inkwell Isle 4 has The Howling Aces fire into the foreground from the background.
As for music...
(I was gonna submit All Bets Are Off, but IIRC gambling references are a no-go. Might swap the stage out if I'm remembering things wrong, though.)

Mega Man stage sub: Snake Man's Stage

Most of the stage slithers, albeit in a more curved way than the blocky nature of the source material. There is a soft platform that slowly grows and shrinks while moving somewhat quickly. The snake will rarely (about 1 time per every 2 minutes) shoot a bomb out its mouth - this bomb can go in exactly 4 directions - up-left, left, down-left, and down - it's very powerful but also not easy to be hit by. You can camp on the little platform in the back, but be warned that it's a lot more of a cramped area than it seems due to the slithering. If you stand exactly on top of the mouth and eyes you'll get slight damage when it spits a bomb. The eye is not a bump, but rather covers up whoever's standing on it like Duck Hunt grass.

Black represents a slithering hard platform, yellow represents a non-slithering hard platform, red represents the soft platform at minimum length, translucent red represents the soft platform at maximum length, and blue represents the pattern of the platform.

Most of the songs here don't really fit at all, since they weren't submitted to EAF with it in mind, but I think virtually every song that would fit on this stage is already in SSBU.

Bass
A heavier version of Mega Man. He'd have a few changed moves and Treble would be in place of Rush. He'd be a little less zooner than Mega Man but still keep some of that.

Central Highway
The iconic opening level from MMX. It'd look pretty much how it does in SF2 or those old brawl mods. Three platforms made up of road and a fourth smaller one. The highway and buildings would be in the back and Vile would cameo.
Tracks -
Armored Armadillo
Storm Eagle
Spark Mandrill
Magma Dragoon

Ring Fit Trainee
Would use a lot of similar attacks, but with a few extra moves using the ring as a needle wepaon

Nintendo Land
A touring stage based on the Wii U pack in game. Players start out in the middle of the square, which is an extrmelt basic stagebwith two platforms and all the gates in the background, before it transforms to a mini area based on one of the games. These are Mario Chase, where players fight in the middle of two hills with obstacles, Animal Crossing Sweet Day, where candy falls onto the stage, Yoshi's Fruit Cart, where players fight in top of Yoah as he goes forward, Metroid Blast, where players fight on Samus' ship as it flies throigh space, and Donkey Kong's Crash Course, where players fight on the trolly as it goes through the course.
Tracks -
Main Stages (Octopus Dance)
Takamaru's Ninja Castle: Boss Battle
Mission 20: Battle Ridley (Metroid Blast)
Stage 3 (Mario Chase)

Sportsmates over Wii Fit

Slightly shorter Wii Fit
Smash Attacks use the Chambara swords instead
Sun Salutation is now Bowl and has the Sportsmates throw a bowling ball on the ground
Up Special has the Sportsmates surrounded by flying Badminton shuttlecocks instead of Hula Hoops
Deep Breathing is now Tennis, a simple reflector
Final smash has the Sports icons instead of Exercise poses

My Villager alts and FazDude's Wolf alts will be used
WFT stage: Head Count

Mega Man Special: Pile Driver

Rare non-projectile move. When used, Mega Man dashes forward - If he makes contact with an opponent, he'll drill into them with his newly-acquired drill, dealing multiple hits of damage before launching them forward. It's a helpful aid in MM's recovery, while also serving as a quick way to make opponents back off to stay in his zoner comfort zone... for better or for worse.

Mega Man AT
Mega Man will spawn with the ability to use his Jab, Forward Tilt, Neutral Air, and Forward Smash, alongside one of his specials (aside from Up), which changes his color accordingly.

Wii Fit Trainer AT
After appearing, she will perform a yoga pose in place, causing any nearby opponent to "pose" (taunt) in place, leaving them open for punishes.

WFT back special: Chicken Suit

Puts on a chicken suit and flies backwards - fits Wii Fit's hit and run playstyle as it allows her to get out of range. Also very funny.
