Mii Mage uses a staff or wand of some sort, correct? If so, it should be allowed.

Yeah, a staff - Mainly to match up with the hitboxes of some of the sword moves.

On second thought, I'm not sure if I can allow a staff due to it's similar shape to the Mii Swordfighter's sword. I want to make sure no Mii costumes can be reused exactly between the base game Miis and the new ones.
Sorry this job has been such a headache.

The wand should be fine, so would something like dual-wielding gun/sword equivalents or a gun-sword combo. These regulations are for the costume job, not gameplay or distinction - so just consider "are there any costumes I could do with this that wouldn't look the same as a Gunner/Brawler/Swordfighter?"

Yeah, you could do that - all that really matters is that you could do Mii Costumes with them that you either couldn't do or would look different with one of the base game Miis, since the costume job is the only reason these regulations are in place.

Alright two new ideas!
Mii Samurai
Duel-wields two swords, giving them a lot of multi-hit moves. Borrows moves from Link, Sheik, Marth, Roy, Meta Knight, Pit, Wolf, Greninja, Pyra, and Mythra.
Mii Monster
Is considerably beefier and has four arms, as well as "weirder" moves that wouldn't really fit anyone else. Borrows moves from Donkey Kong, Yoshi, Bowser, Wario, King Dedede, Wolf, Pac-Man, Inkling, Ridley, King K. Rool, Incineroar, and Piranha Plant.

Mii Brawler: Nester's Funky Bowling
A Virtual Boy stage in all it's black and red... glory? Basically a flat walkoff with two gutter slopes on the side. You fight were the pins would be - the ball will approach, and you'll have to predict it's movement to survive. When the ball is inactive, a pinsetter will fall, serving as a platform that goes up and down. The gutter is slippery

This stage has a variety of layouts based on the different songs from Tomodachi Life - the main distinction it has from other transforming stages is that when it transforms, curtains will cover up the stage. Like Boxing Ring, there are lower walkoffs - these aren't covered by the curtains

- Luminescent Flash - Shine-like frame 1 move. No projectile reflector

- Earth Impale - Stcks to any nearby ground, ceilings, or walls by the tip of the sword. Can then do a kick out of it by charging in different directions. First hit has no offensive usage.
- Mystic Spirit - Healing move.
- Double Slash - Basically Leonardo's neutral B from NASB, a rather standard shield-breaker sword slash with different second hits depending on what direction you press afterwards to keep foes on their toes

- Boomerang Blaster - do I really need to explain what this does?
- Spread Floor - Essentially just Reptar's down B from NASB.
- Recoil Bomb - A slow but powerful projectile that propels Mii Gunner backwards when they use it. Goes a short range and can't be angled.

It's kinda like the Arcade Bunny AT mixed with the Boss Galaga item.

Humongous Entertainment? You bet! You can still submit costumes from games by companies represented in Smash already, but I'd advise against it since you can never know who will be an echo in this thread. (Not that they'd disconfirm either though)

When you say "Frosty", are you referring to the character from Kirby, the character from ClayFighter, or another Frosty entirely?
Additionally, I'm not sure Clawroline would work as a Brute costume given her slender figure.

These stages have one spot on the CSS, separate from the main Battlefield and FD. Each song in the game is assigned a specific stage appearance. The stages' shapes are adjusted to match their Ultimate counterparts. The Battlefield stages have FD forms and vice versa, but with the regular selection will only show up as their source layout. Submitting these for Palu since some of the BF's sky themes fit her, plus she's known as a bit of a "Smash mascot" character. If you subscribe to my belief that these new stages come with SBF and Smashville forms, you can choose the layout of FD or BF by holding L or R, but if you don't believe that, you can just select whether to play an FD or BF by using FD and BF forms.

Pac Stage: Pac-Maze (Championship Edition)
The beloved 3DS stage, now taking full advantage of the Switch's larger screen and better processing power, boasting a look based on the Championship Edition games! The stage takes its layout from the original, but extends the main platform to be wider and adds a soft platform on each side. The ghosts and Power Pellets return - When the ghosts become vulnerable, they turn into outlines of themselves with the fighter's color.

- Pac Baby - Pac-Man Championship Edition 2
- Normal Mode - Pac-Man Championship Edition (NES)
- Retro Maze - Pac-Man World Rally
Shares all the same normals as Palutena (albeit with appropiate, darker energy bursts/imagery when needed), but has a unique set of specials:
- Side Special is Vortex, which works similarly to Sheik's Side Special.
- Up Special has Medusa borrow Palutena's Rocket Jump from Sm4sh, albeit with a darkness explosion.
- Down Special has Medusa use her petrifying gaze, working similarly to Mewtwo's Disable.
- Final Smash has Medusa turn into her true form, flying into the background and firing a devastating laser.

Like my Aegislash submission, this echo puts the movement of Palutena's staff onto the fighter instead of Palutena herself. The fighter is a Z block by default and is the shortest fighter thus far. (at the expense of being really long) Tetromino is a slow bruiser with a good air game, and has Peach's float.

A touring stage based on the infamous cartoon Captain N. Players start out in a city full of large builings, including a castle where princess Lana appears, before they wrap to another world. The worlds included are Mount Icarus, where players fight on a platform made of up Greek style walls in front of a mountain and fantasy styled buildings, Megaland, where players fight in a futureisc city with Robot Master cameos, Castlevania, where you fight inside the castle full of ghosts and gouls and must avoid a skateboarding Alucard, Metroid, where you fight inside an astroid and Mother Brain appears and Bayouland, where players fight inside a swamp.

Ryza over Palutena
Ryza would be a bit heavier and not as floaty
The wing attacks are just replaced with powerful staff hits or wind magic
Her physical attacks in general are more powerful
Autoreticle is now Shining Trail, functions similarly but shoots only 1 powerful projectile
Explosive Flame is now Blast Nova, Functions the same
Teleport is now Whirlwind, a clone of Zelda's Up Special
Her counter is now Crystalizing Aura, A counter that freezes opponents instead
Final Smash is now Photon Quazar, it starts the same with the black hole, but it resembles the attack from Ryza 3 a bit more and instead of Mega Laser, Ryza attacks the opponents repeatedly with her staff and magic ending with a big stab and explosion
Ryza would be a bit heavier and not as floaty
The wing attacks are just replaced with powerful staff hits or wind magic
