Alright, here's a character I KNOW I can do.
Fighter Details:
  • Dr. Eggman pilots a new kind of mech for his battles in Smash Ultimate Plus (I'll be calling it the Egg Smasher for now). While grounded, the mech boasts feet similar to that of the Egg Walker from Sonic Adventure 2 (although the legs on the Egg Smasher are less bulky than those of the Walker), but retract when Eggman performs a jump.
  • Dr. Eggman boasts two midair jumps.
Normal Attacks:
  • Jab: Two claws are extended from the Egg Smasher, both swinging once each before concluding the combo with an outward swipe from both claws. There is a rapid jab available, which has Eggman spin one of the claws in place.
  • Dash Attack: Thrusters sprout from the sides and back of the Egg Smasher, propelling it forwards in reference to the Egg Hornet from Sonic Adventure.
  • Forward Tilt: A bumper pops out from the front of the Egg Smasher, dealing low damage but having a surprising amount of knockback for a tilt. This move references the Palmtree Panic boss from Sonic CD.
  • Up Tilt: Dr. Eggman awkwardly swats his arm above himself. Not very good for damage or knockback, but it's quick enough to protect Eggman's weak spot. The swat itself slightly resembles Eggman's attacking animation while outside of the Egg Walker from Sonic Adventure 2.
  • Down Tilt: A low to the ground spike pops out of the Egg Smasher in reference to the Spring Yard boss from the original Sonic the Hedgehog.
  • Forward Smash: The Egg Smasher rears back as a small lance-like drill emerges from the side. Once the Smash is released, the drill is stabbed forwards, propelling the Egg Smasher a short distance forwards in the process. This move references the Egg Dragoon from Sonic Unleashed.
  • Up Smash: After releasing the charge, two metallic tentacles strike above Dr. Eggman, coming together for a multi-hit electrical attack. This move references the similar tactic Eggman used on Knuckles during the events of Sonic & Knuckles.
  • Down Smash: The Egg Smasher retracts its legs and hovers in the air, and once the Smash is released, a spew of flames is emitted from the bottom of the Egg Smasher, hitting on both sides of Dr. Eggman.
Aerial Attacks:
Grab / Throws:
Specials:
  • Neutral Special: Lock-On Missiles
    • A thin laser comes out of the Egg Smasher, tagging any opponents caught in its range. However, Dr. Eggman cannot move until the special button is released, and will be knocked out of the attack if he is damaged.
    • Once the special button is released, though, a homing missile will be ejected from the Egg Mobile and home in on any tagged opponents. Don't worry, the rockets don't have too much range; They'll harmlessly explode on their own if the opponent is able to manuever out of harm's way.
  • Side Special: Drill Eggman
    • Dr. Eggman converts the Egg Smasher into a wheel-powered vehicle, driving forwards with a drill to rapidly strike opponents in front of him. However, pressing the special button during the drive will end it early while sending the drill itself forwards as a weaker version of the Drill Arm item.
  • Up Special: Egg Flight
    • The Egg Smasher takes flight, acting just like R.O.B.'s Up Special. However, Dr. Eggman has no limited fuel gauge to worry about, but will still go into freefall after a few seconds.
  • Down Special: Egg Pawn
    • Dr. Eggman deploys an Egg Pawn in his current position, who acts as a sentry of sorts. Opponents who come within range of this Pawn are stuck by the Egg Pawn's lance. However, Egg Pawns can be easily taken out with attacks, and Dr. Eggman can only have one Pawn at play at a time.
  • Final Smash: Death Egg Robot
    • Dr. Eggman flies off to parts unknown, returning in the background while piloting the Death Egg Robot. After this, a reticle appears on-screen, allowing Dr. Eggman to throw a strong punch in its direction, similarly to the Giga Bowser Punch. However, the punch cannot instantly KO opponents; Rather, multiple hits are dealt via the arm's drills before opponents are launched.
Animations / Cosmetics
  • Alts
    • 1: Dr. Eggman's usual appearance.
    • 2: Dr. Eggman gains a yellow shirt as the Egg Smasher gains a red color scheme, referencing the Death Egg Robot's scheme.
    • 3: Dr. Eggman gains a blue shirt as the Egg Smasher gains a purple color scheme, referencing Metal Sonic.
    • 4: Dr. Eggman gains a green shirt as the Egg Smasher gains a blue color scheme, referencing two of the Chaos Emeralds' colors.
    • 5: Dr. Eggman gains a dark red shirt as the Egg Smasher gains a red color scheme, somewhat resembling the Egg Dragoon from Sonic Unleashed.
    • 6: Dr. Eggman's color scheme changes to resemble Eggman Nega.
    • 7: Dr. Eggman's color scheme changes to resemble Gerald Robotnik.
    • 8: Dr. Eggman's color scheme changes to resemble the AoSTH incarnation of the character.
  • Stage Intro
    • Dr. Eggman flies in with the Egg Smasher before it lands and sprouts its legs.
  • Idle Animations
    • Default: Dr. Eggman looks forwards as the Egg Smasher stands in place.
    • Dr. Eggman grins as he holds his arms out.
    • Dr. Eggman fiddles with the Egg Smasher's controls.
  • Movement Animations
    • Walk / Dash: Dr. Eggman walks forwards with the Egg Smasher's legs.
    • Jump: The Egg Smasher's legs retract for the first jump, with rocket thrusters assisting with the last two jumps.
  • Taunts
    • Up: Dr. Eggman cackles, holding his arms out.
    • Side: Dr. Eggman points forwards, yelling "GET A LOAD OF THIS!"
    • Down: The Egg Smasher briefly malfunctions, with Dr. Eggman hitting it to get it back to normal.
  • Victory Animations
    • Dr. Eggman flies into view before standing up in the Egg Smasher and juggling six of the Chaos Emeralds, referencing the bad ending of Sonic 1 and 2.
      • As an added bonus, if Sonic is in the match when Dr. Eggman gets this animation, he can jeer "Try again, Sonic!"
    • Dr. Eggman gets out of the Egg Smasher and poses for the camera.
    • Dr. Eggman cackles his classic laugh before striking a pose.
  • Losing Animation
    • Dr. Eggman angrily raves in the Egg Smasher, shaking his fists.
  • Misc. Details
    • Series Icon: Shared with Sonic.
    • Boxing Ring Title: Long Live the Eggman Empire!
    • Kirby Hat: Kirby gains Dr. Eggman's iconic moustache and goggles, gaining access to the Homing Missile attack. However, since Kirby doesn't get a Egg Smasher, he performs the laser portion of the move with the goggles and spits the missiles out of his mouth.
    • Victory Theme: An excerpt of E.G.G.M.A.N. from Sonic Adventure 2.
Dr. Eggman battles opponents with ties to machinery or robotics.
  • Round 1: Vs. Samus on Frigate Orpheon
  • Round 2: Vs. King K. Rool on Halberd
  • Round 3: Vs. Fox on Lylat Cruise
  • Round 4: Vs. R.O.B. on Wrecking Crew
  • Round 5: Vs. Mega Man on Wily Castle
  • Round 6: Vs. Sonic on Green Hill Zone (Omega ver.)
  • Bonus Round
  • Boss: Galleom
The trailer opens in on Boxing Ring of all stages, with Sonic doing battle with Bowser. The Koopa King gives the hedgehog a run for his money, but he is able to knock him out with a good Homing Attack to the dome. Sonic then proceeds to flaunt his victory, posing for the crowd. However, the stadium's screen suddenly cuts out, with its image being replaced by a familiar emblem.

Knowing exactly who's behind this, Sonic looks around for his foe, only to see him floating down from above, greeting his adversary. "Playtime's over, Sonic! Get ready to see what REAL evil is!". After this, his splash text appears; Dr. Eggman Takes a Crack at Smash!

After the gameplay montage and logo appear, Dr. Eggman's juggling victory animation is shown.

Special Moves

B + Forwards : Egg Mobile-D; Eggman rushes forward in a drill car (13%, OK knockback); in the air, he uses a drill jet. The drill itself cancels out the Drill item (and releases itself when Eggman is attacked), but travels less of a distance.

Final Smash: Death Egg Robot; Eggman summons the Death Egg Robot. Both of its arms can be controlled with either control stick, and pressing B has Eggman fire both of them towards the screen (40% each, far knockback); if opponents are at 60% or higher, they will suffer a screen K.O.

Gimmick: The Egg Mobile acts as Eggman’s continuous super armor. However, the glass around Eggman's body is prone to breaking (hence, Sonic’s Homing Attack will always aim for the glass). Once it's broken, Eggman takes 1.5x more damage to the body, and it doesn't come back until after Eggman is K.O.'d.

Taunts
1: “Yosh…” Eggman pets his Egg Mobile

The trailer begins with gameplay of Sonic doing battle with Bowser and Sephiroth on Green Hill Zone. Sephiroth tries to get the drop on him with Hell's Gate, but the Blue Blur quickly Spin Dashes out of the way and forward smashes Sephiroth off the stage. Bowser then follows up with a Bowser Bomb, but Sonic dodges and follows with a Homing Attack, then grabs Bowser and throws him up with his spikes, earning another K.O.

The trailer then cuts to a CGI portion of Sonic jumping on top of the loop in Green Hill and posing in victory...only for the music to be cut short as rumbling occurs. Sonic looks around as the rumbling gets louser and more violent, and then something pops out of the ground and into the sky. The unknown foe then plummets towards Sonic as a familiar cackle flies alongside him, Sonic dodges and, after landing on the ground, immediately recognizes the attacker, who points right at the hedgehog after the camera zooms around him.

Dr. Eggman
Wants a Load of This!

The trailer then cuts to gameplay of Eggman
  • Attacking Sonic on Green Hill Zone with a wrecking ball
  • Using a drill car against Fox on Corneria
  • Tricking Pichu into looking at a present, and then surpsising it with a springing boxing glove on Green Greens
  • Dashing forward with Egg Walker legs and firing a Super Scope on Shadow Moses after getting spotted
  • Fighting against a giant R.O.B. on New Pork City, while Shadow pops in and uses Chaos Control, allowing Eggman to defeat the R.O.B. with a laser from the Master Emerald
  • Fighting Captain Falcon on Battlefield Mishima Dojo; CF breaks the glass around the Egg Mobile and launches him with the Knee of Justice. Eggman recovers with the Egg Hornet and dives dives CF, but gets stuck in the ground, leaving him open for a Falcon Punch
  • Fighting Sonic and Mario on Green Hill Zone for the Smash Ball; Eggman gets it, and unleahses the Death Egg Robot on the two heroes

Job #6: Alph (#40ε)
We're gonna be doing an Echo Fighter today, so we don't need to do a whole reveal trailer. Instead, let's just do:
  • Moveset + alts
  • Differences from Olimar
  • Classic Mode
Here's my submission:
Intro: Same as Olimar’s

Stance/Idle 1: Same as Olimar’s
Idle 2: Same as Olimar’s
Idle 3: Same as Olimar’s

Notable Palette Swaps:
  1. Alph (default)
  2. Charlie (green)
  3. Brittany (pink)
  4. Plasm Wraith (yellow)
  5. Louie (blue)
  6. Navy Mark 4 (white)
  7. Olimar (red)
  8. SSBB Olimar Color 4 (black)
With these alts, Olimar now has his latter 4 colors based on Alph, Brittany, Charlie and his Color 4 from Brawl

Walk: Same as Olimar’s
Jog: Same as Olimar’s
Dash: Same as Olimar’s
Damage: Same as Olimar’s
Jump: Same as Olimar’s
Crouch: Same as Olimar’s

Normal Attacks
Jab: Same as Olimar’s
Forward+A: Same as Olimar’s
Down+A: Same as Olimar’s
Up+A: Same as Olimar’s

Aerial Attacks
Air+A: Same as Olimar’s
Air Forward+A: Alph karate chops the air (6%, small knockback)
Air Back + A: Same as Olimar’s
Air Up+A: Same as Olimar’s
Air Down+A: Same as Olimar’s

Dash Attack: Same as Olimar’s
Edge Attack: Same as Olimar’s
Get-Up Attack: Same as Olimar’s

Smash Attacks
Forward+A: Same as Olimar’s
Up+A: Same as Olimar’s
Down+A: Same as Olimar’s

Grab Game
Grab: Same as Olimar’s, but with the Winged Pikmin.
Pummel: Same as Olimar’s
Forwards+Throw: Same as Olimar’s
Down+Throw: Same as Olimar’s
Back+Throw: Same as Olimar’s
Up+Throw: Same as Olimar’s

Special Moves
B : Pikmin Pluck
; same as Olimar’s, but Alph takes a second to pull out Rock Pikmin
B + Forwards : Tackle Pikmin Throw; one of Olimar’s custom moves from Smash 4; the damage depends on the type of Pikmin used
B + Up : Winged Pikmin; because Alph has this, Olimar gets the 6-Pikmin Chain back
B + Down : Pikmin Order; same as Olimar’s

Final Smash: End of Day; same as Olimar’s

Gimmick: Like Olimar, Alph uses Pikmin as a means of resource management. However, he uses two Winged Pikmin and a Rock Pikmin in the place of every other kind of Pikmin
  • Winged Pikmin are weak but go a long distance. The two that are out can add more height to Alph’s Up B along with the ones already present.
  • Rock Pikmin deal considerable damage but barely go any distance. Its weight is that of three Pikmin, weighing you down during the Up B even with four Winged Pikmin helping you.
    • At the apex of the recovery, Alph will automatically drop the Rock Pikmin which then drops onto opponents (16% with a meteor effect, OK knockback)
Taunts: Same as Olimar’s
Winposes: Same as Olimar’s
Icon: Pikmin series logo
Boxing Ring Title: Astronaut in Training
Victory Music: Pikmin series victory theme

Alright, since this thread is now to be revived:
Job #7: 3 new stages
We're going to be submitting 3 new stages, one for each newcomer (save for Alph since Garden of Hope exists).
  1. One for Waluigi (can be Mario Kart or Mario Party)
  2. One for Bandana Waddle Dee (modern Kirby only)
  3. One for Dr. Eggman (can be any stage directly themed after Eggman)
Here were my submissions:
Game of Origin: Mario Kart DS (2005)

Layout: The stage takes place on a pinball table. There are flippers at the bottom, and four platforms centered around a bumper.

Gimmicks and Hazards: The flippers will activate if a fighter stands on them for any longer than a few seconds.

However, after a while, the flippers will deactivate and the platforms and bumper will go inside the table. Shy Guys appear in the center, and will meteor any fighter they hit during their drive-by.

Battlefield/Ω Form: The Ω Form is based on the flippers. The Battlefield platforms are based on the other four platforms.
Game of Origin: Kirby Star Allies (2018)

Layout: In the first part of the stage, the layout is like any walk-off stage. In the second part, the platforms are arranged like the boss arena against Galeem. They are supported by three pillars with visible cracks in the background.

Gimmicks and Hazards: During the first part, attacks that hit the ground slowly break it apart. After enough damage is done, the floor breaks and fighters are sent tumbling below. In the second part:
  • The pillars are destructible
  • Once a pillar is destroyed, the platform(s) it supports are destroyed as well
  • Waddle Doos will also occasionally appear to repair a destroyed pillar
  • Whenever a pillar is destroyed, a Danger Zone in the form of spikes appears where that pillar used to be
Every so often in both parts, Waddle Dees will appear in the background and throw food from the pile in the background.

Battlefield/Ω Form:
  • The Ω form is the flooring of the castle
  • The Battlefield platforms are the same one in the base stage
Game of Origin: Sonic Colors (2010), full name Dr. Eggman’s Incredible Interstellar Amusement Park

Layout: The layout is a central platform with a smaller one in the middle.

Gimmicks and Hazards: You travel across six different zones with one Wisp per zone. Wisps can be activated by pressing B instead of your neutral special, but they only work when you stay on the stage.
  • Tropical Resort has the Cyan Laser, which has the user travel in a zigzag line
  • Sweet Mountain has the Yellow Drill, which has the user drill underground to trip opponents. After a couple seconds, the Drill pops out of the ground and fires like a rocket.
  • Starlight Carnival has the Blue Cube, which turns the user into a giant cube that causes a shockwave upon impact. It can also bury opponents on the ground and meteor smash in the air.
  • Planet Wisp has the Pink Spikes, which turns the user into a spiky ball and sticks them to any surface they land on
  • Aquarium Park has the Purple Frenzy, which turns the user into a violent beast that can only be controlled by moving the control stick left or right
  • Asteroid Coaster has the Violet Void, which turns the user into a black hole that sucks up everything in its path; opponents above 100% are instantly K.O.’d
While the general layout is always the same, each zone has a different Wisp to rescue and use.

Also in each zone, you get to hear Dr. Eggman talk away on the PA during the battle.

Battlefield/Ω Form: The Battlefield and Ω Forms are based on the central platform and the smaller platform above the ground. The background is always the Egg Planet Park as it appears in Sonic Colors’ world map.

I would submit something for Dr. Eggman, but I think Perk's stage concept has pretty much all the music I would include anyway.

Also, if I could give a bit of criticism, I would recommend having a hard cap on music submissions for a stage or consider making them seperate jobs.

Removed the song lists. They'll be separate jobs in the future.

This would be a normal stage taking place outside of the eponymous Eggman robot, with a few floating platforms. However, the stars of the show are the Hard-Boiled Heavies, who will appear on the stage on certain occasions to serve as mini-bosses of sorts (not as much of a hassle as the Yellow Devil or Metal Face; They'd be about on the same tier as Magicant's Flying Men).
