Like in his home story, The Grinch can steal a fighter’s move or an item from the stage for a temporary time. Therefore, he can use the move for a short time and then she disappears.

Also, for our second music fighter, I would prefer Hatsune Miku since Vocaloid has become super popular in recent times and thus more of Japan represented outside of anime and video games.

Reapers are creatures who search for temporal paradoxes across the timeline to fix them. Unfortunately fixing timelines means devouring everything in the new timeline TVA style. When summoned, A reaper will home in on the opponent before landing on them, instantly K.Oing them if they took a high amount of damage.

Perhaps the most famous and enduring example of a minor character getting a cult following in film history, Boba Fett is fittingly quite the powerful assist. Using his jet pack, he will silently and coolly fly around the stage, periodically firing his gun at opponents who are not his summoner. The individual shots are not very powerful on their own, but his aim is true and they fly fast.

Miles "Tails" Prower is one of iconic Sonic characters and Sonic's trusty sidekick throughout the series. Nuff said about him, since you guys know him from the game. He is a young fox with two tails that allow him to fly.

His purpose?
When summoned, he would fly around the stage like in the games and summoner can use him as helicopter device to fly around the stage as he carries you. Also he could damage opponents in the air when used as assist character.

I think he makes sense as assist character in the game.


As for second Music character in this game, I prefer Hatsune Miku. Beatles could be suprising choice and more popular choice, but Miku could make more sense as she is a fictional character (Beatles can be parodied in this game, but I feel that we should stay to their original material).

I am unsure because of them being real people. I’ll headcanon that they’re Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band if they do get in. Then again, I was gonna have a job for like one real person very late into the thread back when I was running it, but that was the exception, not the norm. Who knows?

I feel we definitely need a Smash announcer in a pop culture platform fighter as Smash has been a big part of video game crossovers for many years. Xander Mobus has done two Smash games straight so he would be the perfect choice.

Jamieson Price is an american voice actor, who was an announcer for Street Fighter IV and other versions of it. He was also voice actor for other games like Persona 5 for example.

I chose him, because we need some Street Fighter representation in game and he could also make sense as video game announcer.
(Maybe he would also use lines from Street Fighter IV as an announcer I think)

(I considered Josh Keller (Tekken announcer) as my submission, but I felt that Street Fighter announcer would make more sense in game like Jamieson Price.)
