Dracula's Castle:

Dracula's Castle is the setting for the classic NES video game, Castlevania. This a three-segmented map like Mount Wario & Big Blue, and are divided into the following:

This is Lap 1 of the entire race, starting in the front of the castle and going through the first 2 levels of the NES game. After passing the Medusa's room, you complete Lap 1.

Lap 2 goes along the walls of Dracula's Castle before you glide down into the caves below, where there are underwater sections and some broken pillars blocking your way. Completing Lap 2 means passing the Creature and Flea Man found in this level.

The final lap ascends up the last portion of the castle, passing by halls of skeletons, a broken bridge and turning gears like the ones from Tick-Tock Clock. The race ends the moment you reach the room where Simon does battle with Dracula himself.

In this track, the coins are replaced with hearts, and the Item Blocks are replaced with Candelabras.

A young cave boy with not enough brain cells to drive correctly, but if babies can do it, so can he. He's a major (side?) character in the Super Mario World TV show.

Non-Game Mario character:
Prince Haru

Prince Haru is one of supporting side character from Super Mario Bros Peach Hime Kyshutsu film, which it was released in 1986.
He is a Prince that married Princess Toadstool in this film and he is one of Obscure Matio character that existed in Mario media.

He would fit in Mario Kart as obscure Mario Character that nobody heard of before and his inclusion would make him more popular. He would retain his OVA design, but he would be redesigned for little to match the modern Mario game aesthetic.

Haru transforms into his dog form and runs forwards - he doesn't cause spin-out when he makes contact with rivals, but is also faster than a bullet bill; can't be hit at all; and takes shortcuts when needed

Players drive through the city, its bustling and filled with pepole. There is a more open high way part and some more tight and narrow areas. Various signs can be seen with references to the movie. Taxis will sometimes drive through the stage and there is smoke/fog that makes it hard to see at certain points.
