Dribble and Spitz are the taxi drivers from Warioware series. The duo consists of Cat - Spitz and Dog - Dribble, who are driving the taxi cab through Diamond City. They are side characters of the series and they would be another WarioWare reps in Mario Kart game.

They are no strangers to drive a kart, since they are taxi drivers, so it makes sense to include them
